Hopeless customer care i paid.money for 2 bed shee...

Hopeless customer care i paid.money for 2 bed sheets and 2 pillow covers acknowledged by customer care on 1st oct. After 1 week they informed that 1 selected bed sheet not available choose another product or take refund.
I chose another bed sheet and sent link and sent about 12 reminders, today on 11/10 i received 1 bed sheet 2 pillow cover , and the bed sheet for the link sent is not despatched even now and about 12 mails sent no body is answering the customer care never cares for the customer caution to all don't buy online purchase with this company you fail miserably and feel restless
