I recently went here for an interview. I applied through an online website where the requirements matched my qualifications (freshers were also welcome). The HR called me for an interview WITHOUT EVEN OPENING MY RESUME (as the website notifies if the HR does). When I reached the location and met the director for the interview. I was treated under-qualified. I don t know if they were expecting an MBA or prior work experience and if they were, why didn t they specify it on the hiring website? I was literally not even asked to introduce myself when I went to the director s (Mr.Pramit) office and the first sentence I got from him was What brought you to us? Well, um, your HR!
That was quite demeaning.
I personally had a very bad experience. Travelled for 2.5 hrs for something I could get over mail.No matter how influential Mr. Pramit is, their senior management and the HR aren t synchronised and that kinda tattered their reputation for me.
