I would like to not give any star but that is not allowed. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone not only did they half a** clean my items some boxes literally have 1 small item in a 17 by 14 by 14 box..... made no sense. Also informed them we wanted ALL items back and they literally STOLE 2 of my metal shelves from costco stating they were not salvageable which was a TOTAL lie as they were not even in the fire simply had smoke on them which i could have cleaned myself with a power washer. Do yourself a favor and use a different company they are thieves the photo of the shelf is our shelf in their warehouse! It only let me post 1 photo
