A more bloated, greedy, unchristlike bureaucracy you'll never find. And people think this new bishop is all the difference. You know what he did? I'll tell you what he did. Bishop Salvatore Matano ushered into Diocese of Rochester jurisdiction an organization called Regnum Christi a.k.a. the Legion of Christ. They promise novices transferrable academic credits and counseling for ex-members, with apparently no intention of delivering. They may as well worship Satan. Steer well clear.

The Diocese of Rochester contains pompous and arrogant staff headed by a Bishop who is no different than his predecessor Matthew Clark. I called to cancel the Catholic Courier as I was receiving 2 copies. One copy was due to the fact that my brother's mail was being forwarded to me because he passed away. When I told the staff member why I was cancelling she got rude and said I do not need to know that. After that insensitive comment I told her to cancel both copies. I am all in favor of the people who were abused by priests going after the diocese. I was never one but after this experience over a minor issue, I can understand how outraged these people are. The Diocese deserves everything they have coming to them. They do not display any compassion and think that because they are a religious person that they are above the law. They need to learn some humility and realize that they are no better than the rest of us and in most cases they are worse.

DEDICATION OF THE LATERAN BASILICA

DEDICATION OF THE LATERAN BASILICA

First of all congratulation on the success of Bishop Matano. The last thing I read was bring people back to the church and I agree.

As I was renewing myself in the lord today the holy spirit inspired me to write this.
On page 30 of the WORD among us date November 9 :Dedication of the Lateran Basilica. 324 AD.

Symbolizes the pope's unity and we celebrate as members of one body.

It is clear by the inscriptions carved over the baptistery "

The is no barrier between those who are reborn and made one by this font the one spirit and one faith "Everyone is accepted Everyone belongs Everyone is equal.-the pope and the pauper. those with difficult past and those with pain free lives. We are still one family gathered together by our one heavenly Father!

What a great message this would be for Sunday s sermon. May God bless Bishop Matano on his journey.
