Significant construction on site. Parking for hotel guests is challenging. Post construction the place should be great.
A luxurious place to stay. I was very happy with my room and the friendly service I received, even if I was only there for an overnight stay during business travel.
Nice place, great show. Capitol Steps were fantastic.
your resort is super star. I loved to work in ur company.. I haven't visit to your company but most of the guest they are saying your hotel is much more better than any of the hotel. keep it up.
here am also working in resort , so our guest used to tell about ur hotel.
If their is vacancy in FnB and house keeping let us know. l loved to work in ur company.
Tying to get a room for a couple of nights in Sept. Tried two numbers left a message and no one called back. IS ANYBODY THERE?
Nice facility but over proceed for the quality / value
The best resort with gorgeous spa, golf and tennis on summer and skiing on winter time. Restaurant is top notch and shape of castle to live
Went to Sloane Tavern was great bartender was cool and food was great
Great weekend in the Berkshires. Sloane's and the golf course we're great, especially considering how early in the season we played.
The service was great and the venue was astounding.
A lovely spot expensive and the management was off thier game for the money. We won't be running back
Nice course at a price that wont annihilate your wallet
Very nice. The bath room needs some improvments which is expected in spring as they told us. Besides that our stay was perfect. We will return!
Spent Christmas (or Christmas Eve) in the restaurant and the servers were so amazing. They really made it such a special experience
This is a beautiful Resort in a beautiful location. We primarily been here for holidays for brunch, and the food has always been excellent whether it's the carved and served meats and pastas, or the foods at the buffet. While it is a very nice place, the restaurant itself is not stuffy. We felt for the price, and the level of service, that this was a great experience and a great deal. We will continue to come here for special occasions in the future.
The room was dirty and had mold in many places, but the wedding festivities were excellent.
We were looking for place to eat on Christmas and they were open. Great fare wide variety and excellent service moderately priced
Fancy place. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to help with stuff
This place was absolutely fantastic. Great service, great facility, and wonderful grounds. It was a joy to walk around and take in all of the ambiance. Our room was well appointed on a corner with a balcony and overlooked the tennis courts with the valley in the distance. very comfy bed and a nice jetted tub in the unit.
The spa facility was great. The use of the steam room and sauna, free of charge, was a nice perk of being a guest there. I would definitely stay there again and would advise you to do the same. Enjoy!
Staff uplifting and accommodating
Prompt food service.
Charm of primary conference building was warm and inviting.
Will be back.
Really lovely place. Good spa, great massage, gorgeous food and really good wine. Beautiful environment too. But very expensive.
Even with construction the service and serenity can not be beat
I had a birthday massage, sauna, steam and spa tub. Wonderful! Try it.
This was our fall wedding venue. Beautiful place, attentive staff. The fall colors were popping in late October.
Really nice spa and resort. Excellent food options and first-rate spa. will be wonderful once renovations are complete.
I have been going to this resort for years and went a couple weeks ago but had a awful experience because of the construction and it soon will not allow kids that s ridiculous I don t think I will ever return to this resort because me and my kids always enjoyed it I would recommend the Red Lion Inn it has great service and amazing food I will be telling my friends about this ridiculous new rule and make sure they don t ever come back as well
Beautiful location, extremly friendly and helpful staff.
The staff are outstanding, and the whole property is breathtaking.
This place is gorgeous, be it for a wedding, banquet, or for just a romantic weekend getaway. Just wait until we are done with the renovations later this year!!!
Staff was extremely professional and generous. Grounds are beautiful. Great dining and well maintained golf course. Overall a great time!
Beautiful facilities, outstanding fitness center, rooms are nicely decorated and spacious, all staff members I encountered were helpful and courteous.
New winter menu in The Mansion is fabulous. Service excellent.
Nice place to golf and have some drinks and dinner afterwards
Very disappointed they have already closed the range for the year. They like to tout that the range is included in membership rates but they open it later than the course and close it before the season is over. If the course is open then the range should be open. It s not fair to members.
I've just had the worst "luxury" pedicure ever. My nails were cut so short it hurts! My toes are pink from filing and it hurts! Cuticles are rough and uneven. Sides of my nails are sharp like a blade. I complained to Assistant Spa Director and all she said was "sorry, it doesn't happen too often but at least there are no obvious cuts"
We stayed overnight for a work party. The room was nice, the food was good but the bartenders were rude.
Gorgeous place with beautiful views and an incredible gilded age mansion.
Absolutely spectacular
Nice place to stay Some sections A bit dated, but great location
Beautiful resort. Lovely indoor and outdoor pool. Central to so much good stuff in the community. Most guest are over 50. We had our kids with us and definitely felt that we needed to ask them to be quiet more frequently than hoped for at a pool.
Great location and stay for a concert at Tanglewood.
A great find. Been twice, once for a weekend with my wife, once with the whole family. Different experiences, both very much worth the money. Food a bit overpriced.
Beautiful golf course and restaraunts. Great staff that is fantastic in helping hold events. Definitely worth a visit and a round of 18
Tough course. Great setting. Great pricing and friendly staff
Great environment and restaurant! We love visiting!
I can't really give a full review as most of the resort is closed for major building & renovation. We stayed in the smaller Carriage House. The room was clean & large with 2 queen size beds & a pull out couch. It had a large bathroom with a double vanity sink. There was a Keurig in the room. They offer a continental breakfast with bagels, various spreads, fresh fruit, juice, yogurt & pastries. There was no view due to construction & the long driveway in is rough. The resort is located 2.5 miles from Tanglewood, which is convenient. Restaurants are a quick 15 minute drive into Lee.
Not worth the price at all!
Outdated rooms look like Motel 6.
Location is good and it is quiet however no breakfast ( for 350 $ per night you would expect it!)
Spa is OK however you pay the fee ( on top of 350 nightly rate) and parking is occupied and spa busy because they try to fill the spa with memberships so - it ends up being crowded.
Bottom line- not at all worth the $$$
I made a HUGE mistacke for staying.
Also- carpets are dirty and if you have allergies please avoid as you will end up aggravating them.
Will never stay at this property again- it looks like Downtown Abbey when you look at photos and in reality it is a level slightly better than Motel 6!
Beautiful location, good rooms, pricey for what is offered.
This hotel looks a lot better online than it does in person. The rooms need to be updated. They are old and have a musty smell. The buildings are loud and you can hear everyone going up and down the stairs and hallway. It's definitely not worth the price for what they are asking.
First time very friendly very accommodating course in relatively good shape very affordable
Great golf course! Friendly, professional staff...we had a great round of golf and will definitely be back!
I'm a local photographer so I get a lot of opportunities to photograph at Cranwell. Welcome dinners and Bar Mitzvah's in the Harvest Barn, Wedding ceremonies overlooking the Berkshire Hills, Cocktails on the terrace of the Manor House, and family photos on the expansive grounds. In every direction you look there is beauty to be found. And the staff and food are both absolutely fantastic! Cranwell is also known for their award winning 18 hole golf course, and although I haven't spent time in the spa, my wife totally loves it.
I attended an event for retiring Supreme Judicial Court Judge Francis X. Spina. The event was well catered and the staff were professional at all times.
Course was in beautiful condition, although quite wet.
Not worth the price. I got a pedicure, it was 72 bucks. The pedi chairs are in the back of a windowless salon with poor air circulation. It smelled like acetone. They did not have drying fans for my toes so after waiting the advised 20 minutes plus 10 minutes, I put on my winter boots. When I got home, my big toe was ruined. I'm not going back to get it fixed, the wait at the front desk was ridiculous.
Wifey and I went and enjoyed the spa. They gave us the full treatment. Massage, swim, hot tub, and a nice lunch. Very professional!. Robes and whole thing. Looking forward to my next visit
I went to Cranwell for a relaxing weekend at the spa. It certainly delivered. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was so spacious and the spa was clean and full of amenities. I plan to go back!
Very professional and clean resort. Not much for entertainment but is a great get away for parents looking to just kick back and relax
The wait staff and service was excellent. Also, the food was unbelievable. It is a wonderful place to have a banquet and golf tournament.
Beautiful property and great service. The food was a little expensive for what you get so I would recommend going into Lenox to get food.
Beautiful resort. Eloquent. Rooms were spotless. Staff was amazing. Food not that great though. Only lite fare was available
Cranwell is the place to stay when you're in the Berkshires. Close to Tanglewood . Also a first rate Golf course. When your done golfing the spa and/or Sloanes Tavern is the place to go. Courtesy cars to get you around the complex or take nice leisurely walks on the grounds.
I have had several spa treatments here over the years and I have always been more than satisfied, the accommodations are top notch as well. I always look forward to another visit at Cranwell Spa.
Amazing grounds, golf and spa. Only issue is the rooms get too hot in the winter. Stayed a few times in the winter and always have to crack a window and turn off the heat.
