Here's the thing: My kids' strings & other instruments have come from Zeswitz ever since elementary school, and they've always done right by us - repairing strings, changing sizes, swapping out instruments just bcs Jr thought that one didn't "feel right."
Recently, my youngest lost a drumstick at the most inconvenient possible time. I truly did. not. have. time. for this latest emergency. I called ahead to Zeswitz *while I was already on my way to them* and told them my predicament - Could they pull 3 drumstick options from the shelf, we'll race through and make a choice, pay the man, and be on our way? They certainly could have responded with "whatever, lady" but instead they came up big and helped me out on a really bad day by having 3 options for me within the next 5 min. Being in business myself, I know firsthand that sometimes it's the little things - being someone's "Everyday Hero" and helping them make their overstuffed life work - that earns you lasting loyalty. Well done, Zeswitz. Not only did you earn my loyalty, I'm on Google to make sure everybody knows about it!
