Drove an hr to play here super excited and was super disappointed because of the greens being in horrible shape. Wish they warned us but they don t care to tell anyone. Definitely play somewhere else.

An absolute DUMP. The greens are destroyed, when asked for a discount was confronted by the owner of a county owned facility. Told me it was my fault when we weren t advised of conditions until after we played. Guy said we charged you double the rate you should have called in instead of paying online (showed him 3 consecutive calls to pro shop day before )told him to take responsibility for a screw up and not lose customers instead was met with leave the layout is nice. This course will NEVER be worth playing unless trump takes over management. I will never be back I advise ALL to stay away below image is the greens literal canals thru all 18 of them refused to supply refund discount or proper notice. Had I not asked the starter we would have NEVER been made aware of it ever after paying. Course is a joke management is a bigger joke! PLAY ANYWHERE ELSE
Highly disappointed in the customer service. This course was highly recommended to me as my company holds corporate golf events there and colleagues of mine play there regularly. So I brought 3 of my buddies down to play and we all live an hour away. We booked our tee time for 3:24 over the phone and then paid in persona t the golf shop. It wasn't until we were getting our carts that the Ranger said we had to have our carts in by 6:30. That was never told to us when booking or when we paid. No one is finishing 18 holes in 3 hours not to mention there was a 4 some in front of us. Had they have told us that when we booked we would have booked an earlier tee time. Subsequently, we were only able to get to hole 10 and we came in and I even asked for a rain check bc it started to pour and referenced the cart policy that was never told to us and the gentlemen who claimed to be the manager was very rude and not understanding at all. He said the policy changed due to Covid 19 but that policy is listed no where on the website and again, no one mentioned it to us when booking or when paying. The average round of 4 players takes about 4 hours so if booking at 3:24 they should have mentioned the cart issue to us. At that point when I addressed that to him, I asked if we could be credited 9 holes or at least given a discount the next time we came considering they dropped the ball customer service wise by not notifying us and he said absolutely not and was very unprofessional about it and inconsiderate of the fact that we drove over an hour and especially during these tough and trying times couldn't do the right thing by us. I am highly disappointed and its very unfortunate that we did not get to experience the entire course and had to feel rushed from the first hole to try and get in as much as we could and that unfortunate and very unfair.
Nice layout and conditions. Electric carts with GPS. No homes, plenty of mangrove water hazards, fresh and salt water. Even crocodiles. Iguanas everywhere.
Best golf course in South Florida. hard to get tee times. very challenging.
One of my favorite courses but needs to do a better job with communicating their hours for driving range. Came in on a Monday afternoon around 430 to hit and was told range closes at 3 on Monday s. Then came in Tuesday morning at 7 (right when they open) to hit and was told range doesn t open until 8a on Tuesday s. None of this is shared on their website .
Please make an update so others don t run into the same issue!
The greens were fast yet enjoyable. Surprisingly there was not much wind. The weather was perfectly overcast. Shot a 90.
It was an amazing experience and the people there are the cause of the amazing experience. I will go again.
The course is in a natural habitat fairways and tee boxes are good greens are not they are errated and sandy
