One of the worst branch. Staff will never respond to you properly and will never give you the right information. I have visited the branch for around 5 times and never the best experience. The staff will help you with one intention that you will buy their products and that is only if they are willing to help. I have visited other branches but never this bad a experience.
Not impressive and not a standard branch. Need to serve customers better rather than argument with them.

Worst Branch Staff and Services. I went for open for saving account through this branch. One of the Branch staff who's sitting in Reception. She is too arrogant and her attitude is too worst. She won't response properly.
First of all the location in the map is wrong, it is on the other side of the road. Regarding services, most of the times there will be a server issue so you need to visit the bank multiple times. There is no proper contact to get information. It would be good if you can provide a phone number so that people can call up the bank and check a few things before visiting the place

Nice small branch with very less crowd when I visited the branch on a Saturday. Helpful staff but little laid back attitude.

Worst customer service and staffs answers rudely. I was made to run to a different and far away branch just to update my KYC details. Ive never seen such bad experience with any branch. Never visit this branch.
