SO VERY DISAPPOINTED.....
SO VERY DISAPPOINTED.....
We were so excited to remodel our backyard and thought we had picked a great concrete company. We had the same experience as Katrina who also gave these guys a one star review. Our concrete was poured the night before a freeze. We voiced our concern about the upcoming freeze several times to different employees. The salesman, Nick, the project foreman as well as Glen s son all assured us that the job would turn out great. One even said, If we weren t confident that this job was going to turn out, we would delay the pour .
The only area that did turn out was under the awning since it was protected from the freeze. This is only about 15% of our deck. The other 85% of our deck looks terrible. We picked the color sandstone which is aa neutral tan. What we got is different shades of coral that in areas doesn t look cured. It s been 1 year and 3 months. It looks horrible, all blotchy. Glen came up to take a look and he thought we picked a different color since it was so different from Sandstone. Well I have our paperwork to prove what we picked.
Everything is splotchey. I DO NOT recommend pouring your concrete during an expected freeze. Do an internet search to see why not.
Glen said that the job turned out fine....really?? We asked him if he would show other customers our job or use our job on his websIte, he said yes. So here are some photos of the final project. You be the judge. Don t let Nick, the smooth salesman, fool you......these guys do not stand behind their work. In these photos the concrete is dry. This is what we are stuck with.
