Recently I purchased a Hamilton Khaki Automatic from Midwest Estate Buyers(MWEB) online. I spoke with Adam, the watch manager, who was unbelievably kind and helpful. He took plenty of time showing me the different models in the store and also offered to order anything they don t have in stock. Once I settled on the Khaki it was packed expertly and shipped incredibly fast half way across the country. It s always a little nerve wracking buying online but MWEB made the experience a true pleasure. I will not hesitate to reach out to Adam for more purchases going forward!

Midwest is my favorite place to go with my husband or friends. The owner and staff are always wonderful and informative. I have several pieces from Midwest, both new and estate. Any problems have been addressed quickly and profressionally. And "playing" in the silver boxes is great fun, especially with friends! I wouldn't go anywhere else for jewelry.

Midwest Jewelers, Brian and entire staff are excellent! Whether you need repairs, quotes for selling items or buying new quality jewelry, they are pros and the service is spectacular. I used their services from everything to watch batteries and bands, to selling silver to buying stunning new jewelry. They are not pushy but are all about welcoming the customer, in a relaxed atmosphere with top notch service. Any questions you have about estate pieces or new jewelry, Midwest Jewelers is the place. Located on the Main street in charming Zionsville. Go to a Saturday Farmers market and stop In to see all their offerings. So many unique privately owned shops in Zionsville, it's worth the trip.

I visited this place yesterday and I was very disappointed. I took a ring in there that was appraised for over 8,000, each band consisted of over 15 diamonds to include blue diamonds. And I was offered 650.00 dollars for it.

Midwest Jewelers are Great! I purchased my Fiance's engagement ring there. I was able to combine things that I liked from different rings and put it into 1 unique ring for her. She absolutely loves it. We will be getting our wedding bands and all future jewelry from them!

The staff was very accommodating to all of my requests and questions when I purchased an Oris watch as a gift. The specific item happened to be fairly high in demand and backordered, but they went above and beyond to find me one and give me status updates frequently. The watch arrived quickly and the whole process could not have been more perfect. Thank you!

We've used them more than 3 times for estate items we were left with; thought thier offers were fair. I took a huge American Girl doll collection to them, I've seen at least one of the 9 dolls I took them sell for more than. $700. They offered me $100 for the entire collection. Will be picking them up and not going back. I thought they were kind and nice and fair. They are not. Go somewhere else.

Went for the first time this afternoon because I have a 1980 Bulova Oceanographer that i inherited from my father. The gold plating on the back of the watch has started to corrode so I searched for a place in Zionsville who may be able to repair it. Midwest came up as the most recommended place in the area.

When I entered I was greeted at the front desk promptly and when I explained what I was interested in doing they went and asked for assistance from a gentleman that had more experience with watches. He was polite and courteous and the conversation was pleasant. However the person that introduced us stated that I was interested in trying to polish it. He stated that it probably wasn't possible since the plating was already coming off. I said that I had figured that but was actually interested in having the case itself re-plated.

It was at this point that the conversation took a sour turn as instead of telling me that they couldn't do it or that it would be x amount of dollars, instead he stated that it would likely be as much as $100 and wouldn't be worth it. Unfortunately I didnt ask whether it would be worth it to him and perhaps it was a misunderstanding in that what he meant was they don't offer that service because it's typically not worth it to most people. However, he didnt ask what I would be willing to pay, which oddly enough I was thinking at least $200 to do it. I don't know if he assumed that $100 was going to be too much for me based on the casual clothes I was wearing but I didn't like the assumption and it left a sour taste in my mouth. All he had to say was "sure it can be done, this is what it will cost." I probably would have handed over my credit card on the spot. However I will not be going back again.

Highly recommended. Adam, the watch manager, is very thorough in his approach to customers. His listens to what customers want and will do his best to get you what you are after. I have purchased watches from him, had others serviced and purchased replacement straps and every transaction has gone without a hitch. Adam is a great guy to work with.

Excellent Service, great prices. I have bought many pieces of jewelry from this store and I'm never disappointed with the quality or the price. The staff are always friendly and helpful, with anything from a watch battery to high end watches or jewelry. I have referred several friends who have always had the same experience as me.

Was greeted pleasantly, offered a drink while I waited to talk to someone about my jewelry, got the appraisal I wanted, and was very happy about the price I got. Very honest people, clean place, will most definitely be doing business with them in the future. Highly recommend them for all of your jewelry questions and purchases!

Looking at the star rating alone, you might think Midwest Jewelers is a decent place to have your heirlooms appraised, but you'd be mistaken. I waited over 15 min to see the store's sole appraiser, clad in a red baseball cap.

I have enjoyed the professional, friendly atmosphere when making jewelry purchases @ Midwest Estate Jewelers in the past, so when my daughter, who loves vintage style anything, wanted a special piece of jewelry for her 30th birthday she stopped in the store and found a set of earrings she absolutely loved. We enjoyed working and sharing stories with the very cheerful and helpful sales women.
Both my daughter and I are eager to spend some quality time together exploring the Silver Sandbox the next time she is in town.
Highly recommend Midwest Estate Jewelers and their sales team.

I own several dozen watches and have never had a better buying experience than I did here. I had been looking for a niche model of Oris, a 47mm monster with an altimeter complication, for over a year. Given the size I wanted to try one on before buying. Unfortunately dealers in Denver, LA, Chicago, and New York didn't have it in stock. I asked all of them if they could order one in from Oris and all refused given the risk if I decided not to buy it. Adam, their watch salesman, was able to source one without an obligation so I could try it on. It ended up being a great fit and I couldn't be a more satisfied customer.

I used the online contact form to reach out with a few questions to make sure it would be worth both my time and theirs to make a visit. I received a prompt response and planned a visit for later in the week. I was greeted pleasantly and directed to Mark, who was fantastic to work with. He was warm, approachable, and honest. I would gladly work with them again!
