It's a challenge to get backed in, especially with other trucks here, but just have to be patient and G.O.A.L. I've been in worse places.

Very professional staff. I was assigned a door that was already flanked by two trucks and had stacks of pallets as well as kegs in the way. There was simply too little room to spin the trailer into the dock. Once this was mentioned, the forklift crew started moving pallets and kegs out of the way. The extreme lack of maneuvering room is an ongoing issue here, but I think CSB is doing the best it can with the size of its property and the amount of business it has. They could definitely use a bit more real estate, but they re working hard with what they have. I was out of there fairly quickly after bumping the dock. Great people.
They are very fast on unloading as long as you're on time for your appointment!!!
The other beer distributors in town have made a real effort to park legally and deliver to businesses safely. CSB not only puts traffic users in dangerous positions by parking in pedestrian zones and bike lanes, they are condescending about their illegal practices. If other distributors can use alleys and loading zones and keep public safety in mind, CSB should follow their lead. The delivery manager is flat out rude. As for keg sales, Willie does not return calls or e-mails. It is painful to buy a keg from them and requires far less effort at Hayden. Willie sounds put-off when asking about expiration dates or other information. When CSB stops acting like they own the world and starts caring about the community of Boise, they might be worth a try. Don't waste your time and energy until then.
Very hard to get to the docks because too much pallets or empty beer barrels across the docks. With my 53ft reefer it wasn't easy. The guy who take care the load(lumper)went out from the warehouse and start rush me says that my truck is last and he wants to go home before lunch. It seems he wasn't friendly to me.Next time I will pass this load because of reasons I mention above.
Pretty great place.. Not quite sure if this is how it was 9 months ago but there sure is a ton of room. If you want to experience tight go pu coors in Ohio and deliver out to the distributors in the northeast. Friendly folks. I had a great experience
Took me in early, unloaded me with in 40 min, nice people, TA truck stop 1 mile away, no overnight parking
Staff is really nice. Been coming here for years. But they need to move pallets and empty kegs to give drivers room to back in.......
