If other distributors can use alleys and loading zones and keep public safety in mind, CSB should follow their lead. The delivery manager is flat out rude. As for keg sales, Willie does not return calls or e-mails. It is painful to buy a keg from them and requires far less effort at Hayden. Willie sounds put-off when asking about expiration dates or other information. When CSB stops acting like they own the world and starts caring about the community of Boise, they might be worth a try. Don't waste your time and energy until then.
