Visited Craghoppers on Monday and was massively impressed with the service. I needed to buy some walking trousers and had not had any luck in a couple of other stores as I am quite a large person. Upon seeing me looking at the sizes of the trousers the manager came over and asked what size I was looking for. He then found me a pair that were not on display which turned out to be perfect. Really great and polite service and really comfortable trousers too!
