CR Properties in my own experience is giving us good quality service. When there is a problem, they will send a repairman to fix it. The owner of the house is kind too. We don t have much problem on their service. And about the Staff, they re pretty great too. And I got my deposit refund. Keep up the good work guys!

I rented here for 4 years and left this place cleaner than when I moved in. After being told I would get all my deposit back from the walk through with the maintenance manager, they kept $650 for pre-existing issues I had reported on my move in checklist! They wouldn't return my messages regarding this. Won't rent from them again.
