The complaint below was satisfactorily addressed and I am now changing my rating after redressal. Not satisfactory feedback by the technician and on talking to company on phone on problem detected in our system. But then an invoice for 4 hour work is submitted when the technician was here less than an hour with work which was not accurate. They employ thieves and when presented with proof of their employees stealing they stay quiet and act like nothing happened. Avoid this company to avoid headaches and having to get the police involved.
