I'm not directly a customer, but work with the staff otherwise. They're always really friendly and do what they can to help.

Revolving Door , No Growth Opportunities, Bi-Annual Layoffs , ETC This company has a ton of issues for a small workforce. History of racism and other legal issues. You wont see a raise, nor will you be promoted. They will hire someone outside and have you train them always. I assure you there will be two layoffs in the year because the company struggles to hit the numbers needed. Keep your head down and save your money if you work here until you can get a job elsewhere. Ask any current employee and you'll see all the above is true. Look into their lawsuits if you can for additional proof. Best of luck , I hope you see this and it helps you avoid unnecessary hardships.

Please do your research, make sure the benefit of working there is a mutual benefit, because some things are not worth the pain and suffering.

Hmm, I agree with Anon a little bit. That's just life at most places. The company is trying to improve issues but they definitely have bad human resource and management. Best of luck if you decide to work there
