The staff is very friendly and takes care of little ones. I've been bringing my son for over a year and have never been disappointed

Rude peoples, you wait all day to get an appointment at 4:30pm, you show up 10 min late and they're already closed. (15 min before 5pm), i definitely don't recommend this place, theses people probably don't have any kids or don't like kids at all to act like that.

I absolutely love love this place. Ms Colleen is so kind, caring and patient with my son who screams everytime we step foot in here. How she gives him a perfect haircut everytime is beyond me. Cannot say enough about this place. The place is spotless as well

Great kids salon! I bring my 4 kids here and they all love it, there are toys, tvs, and cool cars to sit in while getting your cut. Prices are average and stylists are fantastic with children. Our last trip Ariel at the front desk was very helpful at squeezing us in, though I highly recommend scheduling your appointment (they now have online booking, very convenient!)

I get my haircut there every time. Great , amazing environment its fun for the kids. I would highly recommend

Clean location, friendly staff... we go to Karen. My son loved sitting in the cars while getting his haircut until recently he decided he wanted to be in the big boy seat. There's a small area for the kids to play before and after as well as TVs at every cut station. Great set up we will continue to go here!!

I have been taking my son there for 3 years since he was around 10 months. He got his first haircut there and I'm telling you that they are all amazing. I love Karen because she's great with him. I even moved from the area and I still take the 30 minute day to go there. 100% recommended!

Always a great experience at Cowlicks Salon. Coleen always gives my daughter a beautiful haircut. Ariel is friendly as can be! Definitely recommend to others!

Nice place , love that they have cars and movies Playing while the kids are getting a haircut , but I do think is a little expensive so try to go on Tuesdays and Thursdays to get $5 Off

I m giving it 2 stars because my son has had nice haircuts however now I don t get out of work until 6pm and I called to let them know that I was on my way (10 min away) and they said they couldn t take my son, this is the day they close at 7pm. The receptionist was very rude over the phone. Not going back again.

We have been going to cowlicks for many years. They do a great job with the kids specially when we have a grumpy one who does not like haircuts.

I can t really say for sure this is a terrible place but I can say that you need to be very careful who cuts your child s hair. The lady who cut my son hair did an extremely terrible job. She left patches of hair all over his head and the cut wasn t even. Left hair all over him. I will never return here. There was no way I was paying for the the worst cut ever.

We have been going to Cowlicks with our 2 boys for the last 6 years. They both received their first hair cuts there. I have had good experiences up until recently. Unfortunately, we are no longer going to go there because they have hired stylists that don't know how to cut curly hair. My oldest son sits very still and twice he has had bad haircuts even after we tell them what we want. My youngest son is very squirmy and doesn't sit still. I was impressed that they always gave him a good haircut, until recently. They messed up his hair BAD!! My husband brought my kids that day and I seriously can't believe they let him walk out. I immediately called and they did reschedule the next day, but they had to almost cut all his hair off just to fix the problem. I just can't trust them anymore. They are busy so when I try to schedule with the experienced stylists it is hard to get an appointment. This place may be great for some people, just not for me anymore.

What a wonderful experience making an appointment and getting a haircut from the Karen. Highly recommend everyone.

My husband took my son for a hair cut today and it was horrible! I mean the master hair cut person barely cut my son s hair. They top part was uncut and the the sides were uneven!
Totally not worth the $25 dollars.
Very disappointed. I expect the hair stylist to re schedule the hair cut if the child is crying and not cooperating. Don t they know best?

If I could, I would give no stars! I went in to get an idea for my son first cut. And the staff was absolutely rude! I went in excited to see what could be done. As a first time mom and my son having curly hair I was nervous. First thing the professional asks me if my SON was a boy or a girl? And she said with that hair I probably get that a lot. That is the MOST unprofessional service I have ever encountered. I am more than hurt with that type of comment. That is not something to be said. I am not the person to give bad reviews. But when it comes to my son, it s something else! I didn t have my son first cut here and I would never step into this place again. I would definitely not recommend this place!

My son got his first ceremonial haircut and I had the pleasure of Cathy cutting my sons curly hair. She was so nice and considerate of what my husband and I wanted which is rare to find someone who wants to please everyone. She made sure we were all happy with the cut also considering we weren t sure what kind of cut to go with because of his curly hair but she showed us different styles and everything! I m so happy and I will definitely be coming back to her she was awesome with my son as well. Great job Cathy! Thanks.

Always a good experience. It's clean, cool and confortable. No annoying atmosphere of hair like most salons (mainly due to allergies). Been taking my son here since he was a toddler. We mainly cut his hair twice a year short and it grows in really cute. The first pic is from today's cut, the second is from January after he grew out a similar cut he had in the fall.

It's affordable and they have pricing specials during the week. They have online scheduling so you can not only pick the day and time, but you can choose which stylist.

Their staff is attentive and they're sensitive to kids who may get uncomfortable with clippers, so they note the parent account as to the preference of what to use on their child's hair.

Love this place the staff is super nice and the waiting area is wonderful filled with toys for the kids, I must say it does feel like home.

Took my son here for his first haircut and it was a great experience. They are very patient and there's plenty to keep an 11 month old entertained.

cutest kid salon ever.. took my niece there for her first hair cut. they have little car chairs and a barbie jeep where kids can sit and get their hair cut and styled. since it was her first hair cut they took a before and after picture and gave her a certificate with a lock of her hair. the lady was super patient even though my niece was crying hysterically. they also have things you can buy like bows and tee shirts and Melissa and doug items.

Coco is the best!!! She is quick and fearless in cutting my wild two year olds hair. I can't imagine having anyone else cut my son's hair. Highly recommend this place!!

We have used Cowlicks for several years with both our boys. We have never been anything but pleased with the service and excellence! Colleen and Kathy have both cut the boys hair.

Great experiences EVERY time we go! Very patient with all the kids.

Did a reservation for my daughter at that moment they didn't ask me what service I need. So once I got there and wait a few minutes for my turn, I tell them I want a hair wash and blow dry for her... then they told me that nobody could do a blow dry at the moment and ask me if I want to reschedule for another day... really??? They know what it is to tell a kid they won't get what they were hoping all day??
Waste of time and no time to find an appointment somewhere else!

Really good experience! Valeria did a great job with my son. He's 3 and for the first time ever he did not cry while getting a haircut. I used to take him to cartoon cuts before and they did not have patience with him, we literally had to hold him down for a haircut and the staff was rude. So glad we found you! We will be coming back! The place is so nice and kid friendly. I highly recommend

Today was my child s first haircut and I was very underwhelmed with the entire experience. I called ahead to make sure they were open and they told me to come in at 2:15 to avoid a wait time. I got there on time and waited 50 minutes with my 14 month old. There was only one person cutting hair and nobody else in the store waiting but us. I cannot understand what in the world took so long. Then the two employees were bickering back and forth while my child was getting a haircut. Very unprofessional. The place is cute and all, but the first impression wasn t great.

Cowlicks is great. I won't get my 2 year olds hair cut anywhere else. Colleen is great, highly recommend her. Fast, efficient and kid friendly.

Love taking my son to Cowlicks. My son is always excited to go get his hair cut. They always have nice car chairs for the kids to sit and entertain during their hair cut.

Brought my son in for a hair cut, I mentioned it was his first hair cut so they offered a photo & certificate. I did not accept this since I wasn't doing much change to his hair, there wasn't going to be a big before and after difference. I was expecting to trim his bangs a bit and around his ears, expected to pay a trim price. I was asked if I wanted to save some of his hair, which I did accept, I'm assuming this is what I paid $22 dollars for. If I did not accept the certificate and photo and didn't have much done to his hair at all, I don't understand why I had to pay the ceremonial first time hair cut fee. Since I was paying that anyway, I don't understand why this wasn't just provided to me. I feel like I was ripped off, I hope this doesn't happen often.

Great staff. Excellent stylists. Kathy is so great with my kids. I'm impressed by the friendliness of the staff and their patience with their little clients. Love the car seats for the little ones.
If you have the time, I highly recommend a spa package. My granddaughter felt like a princess. So reasonably priced for the quality of service!

Wish I could give 10 stars. Really well done store, from the toys to the cars they sit in for the haircut. Even better service, and for a great price. They went over and beyond making the hair cut as simple and comfortable for my kids. 10/10 would recommend!

I'm so impressed! Kathy was so gentle and informative with my black son. My son even did well and he screams to high heaven every morning because his curls are very tight. I will be back! So glad I came .

Nice place to get a haircut for your child,really love the idea,but one thing I didn't like is that the car for the baby was full of other kids hair...gross.. and once the hair stylist was done with my baby she didn't even clean the hair,handed me a box of wipes and run to another client... service should be better for the place & price.

They know just how to make your kids comfortable when they don't want to get a haircut.

The first time I went, Bonnie gave my son a haircut. She was amazing. She was kind, patient and very nice. Second time I went, I had a pretty bad experience. The lady that cut my son's hair was not nice at all. My son was crying and she was not making it better. At the end, she just left to take another client and didn't even clean my son's hair. If Bonnie is not available, I'm not going there again.

Very good experience my 1-year-old boy was very entertained with the carts while the chika cut her hair very quickly and with experience since she left a beautiful cut.

Great place for a kid to get distracted and allow the ladies to do their job.
All in all the lady did a great job because my baby moves her head constantly so it's really hard to get a really good, straight line on her bangs (much as everyone else has tried to).
I look forward for the baby to actually get a full haircut in the near future (if she can stand still for the time it takes to get one) lol

Very cool place!!! Got my son in very quickly in a time that worked for me, clean salon with a play area for kiddos to wait in, and great customer service when greeted. Colleen aka CoCo cut my sons hair and had to fix a botched job from before. She did great and was very quick since my son was crabby. The cars, MMCH playing on each TV and great hair cuts will definitely keep me coming back! Thank you!!

Actually i liked the saloon for the first couple times... but the last experience was horrible she does not care my son at all even though he is crying ...she just want to finish her work even though he is crying....but she did check for the tip though
