Do not expect any help when things go wrong. Gas meter was malfunctioning with excessive costs, and very slow to assist. Outside of NSW seems they are $$$. When transferring to other providers harassing customer to continue which is annoying.

I had been with Covau for the last five year or so for Electricity & Gas service. Very satisfactory customer. Spoke to James today with a request for some better deal, being on time payment agreement, James organised better rates for me for both the services.
