I had been with Covau for the last five year or so...

I had been with Covau for the last five year or so for Electricity & Gas service. Very satisfactory customer. Spoke to James today with a request for some better deal, being on time payment agreement, James organised better rates for me for both the services. I appreciate that Covau looks after their old time customer and always try to resolve any reasonable request.
