Room and safety in good quality.
Breakfast can be done better setup .

Have stayed here a few times.. The cafe is closed so no cooked breakfast. Place was not as clean as it used to be. The room assistants speak little or no English. Did not enjoy my stay but location is convenient.

So normally when we stay here it s amazing, however this last stay... we stayed and the bed in the basic king size room I found hairs on the pillow case as if the bed hadn t been made or room cleaned and we also killed ants that kept coming out of the walls. Now when I called the front desk about this problem the lady manager that works during the day basically told me there was nothing she could do, didn t even offer to upgrade and when I asked about an upgrade she told me that wasn t something she d be willing to do. I asked for a discount, or to be compensated or even I would ve been happy with a new room however the magnate again told me basically I had to deal with it or go somewhere else. This is absolutely ridiculous especially with what we paid to stay here for our valentines anniversary. Think twice before staying here. Richard was amazing but the lady manager during the day was extremely rude and unwilling to help.

This is my favourite hotel in miami when I'm just one night or shopping. The staff is incredibly accommodating and the rooms have always been immaculate

Because first an employee tried to solve an issue with the sofa bed and then, the next day, Eduardo solved it completely. Unfortunately the first night my son did not sleep comfortably at all.

The hotel is located next to the dolphin mall. It s literally in its parking lot. The issue is if your going to be traveling downtown or to the beach be prepared for tolls. The building is nicely painted black so looks a lot better than the standard courtyard. The rooms are nice especially for the price but the service is lacking. I asked the front desk to have the room clean and fresh towels when we went out but when we returned hours later nothing was done. I then called and asked for towels twice it never came. Finally my wife called said it s her bday and needs to shower and they finally brought some towels. Overall I like the hotel just some of the staff needs some work.

We stayed for 4 nights in Dec 2020. Rooms are clean but not specious. No breakfast because of Covid. No microwave in room if you are staying for just 7 or less nights. Only one microwave near reception area. Not recommended for families with kids.
5 floors building with enough parking spots. Difficult to find parking on weekends because of Dolphin Mall crowd.

Clean hotel with good customer service. No microwaves in rooms. Currently no hot or to go breakfast. Restaurant not open. Located on the Dolphin Mall property. Would highly recommend the hotel install cctv on all floors. Definitely some shady characters that patronize the hotel
