Very nice. Beds are too high. Had to go to Home Depot and buy a step stool. Other than that all is great.

Delicious coffee. Beautiful view of Doral - Miami. Excellent hotel rooms.

My husband and I stayed here the night before flying home from our belated honeymoon to the Keys. After booking online through a third party site, we were told that our reservation wasn't in the system. We contacted the company we reserved through but were left feeling as though the site was a potential scam. After explaining the situation to Rose at the front desk, she was incredibly sympathetic and went above and beyond to help us out, and we stayed in a wonderfully comfortable and clean suite. Rose is an example of true hospitality and we are truly thankful for our experience with her. Thank you Rose and Hampton Inn and Suites for a lovely stay!

The fact that you cannot switch the A/C completely off by yourself, but instead have to call guest services every time you want it On/Off, should tell you everything you need to know about this hotel
EDIT: A nice maintainance man came and fixed it, but still weird that he'd have to come so that I'd even be able to switch it off

Very clean and comfortable, my aunt and I are staying here for a week in Miami, the location is excellent, down the strip you have everything you need, grocery stores, restaurants, cvs, gas stations. It's a very quiet area nice to get out and walk and site see. The hotel itself is like a little apartment everything we need, the pool and the staff is very friendly and courteous. I would stay again and recommend this hotel Hampton Inn & Suites Miami Doral/Kendall to anyone.

Nice place, clean, lots of comfy pillows, hot breakfast, juice, tea and coffee.

A good place to stay at. Warm welcomed by hotel staff. Rooms are well equiped. As for location, ideally just a 15 minute drive from the airport. Next to it are some good places to eat (check other review) and less then 5 min. drive to Dolphin Mall. The beds are really comfortable, enjoyed a very good night sleep ... which for me is a home away from home

The best people I ever met in Florida .Most especially Stephanie and Carmen and Rose and Alvaro and the housekeeping and engineer Maintainance .We stayed for a month and we came back because of their kindness they have shared with us .
Iam blessed to meet them .We will go back again

Reserved a room when I seen what was advertised on line when I checked in it was nothing as advertised. No fridge stove room really small the key wouldn t work on doors I mean cleanliness was great but wasn t happy on how I got stuck with out alott of amenities I needed the most. Beds are super high.

The whole experience, was a great one. The room are very clean and the lady Rose in the front desk was an amazing and pleasant person to have met, very informative and helpful. All in all the whole staff was good. I will definitely be returning to stay again.
