Just ok. Outdated and location is ok. Main objective was close to airport, so that was met. Covid rules are applied and expected to be complied with inequitable which impacted my satisfaction.

Stopped in Memphis for a quick overnight on my way home to Louisiana and everything was great. Room was clean and very comfortable. I had to check in at 1am with my toddler daughter and the service and staff was accommodating and quick. Would stay again!

Horrible area, nothing around it. Restaurant is never open.

Great place to stay if you visit Memphis. Is near the airport and iconic places. The price is good, highly recommended

I stayed here in late July/2012 , I made my reservations earlier in July specifically asking for a bacony room as well as and 10a.m. check In, Because I had been on the road all night plus Im a woman / petite framed it's not safe for me to sleep in my car. I arrived in the lobby around 10am, and was told I couldn't check in till 3pm... I asked the heavy set tall african american woman who calls herself the manager to check the notes.. she confirms the notes and proceeds to tell me that I should have never been promised a 10am check in and that she still couldnt help me... Never the less I was to tired to be confrontation. I went to the car and fell asleep for maybe and hour or so... I returned back into the lobby and asked if I could have a complimentary breakfast because of the inconvience that is clearly not my fault... She was rude and laughed and sad NO... Around 2pm I was fianlly checked In...It was not a balcony room, I cld down to the office and she tells me , she will change my room the following day... There were a shortage of face towels in the room, they had none clean so they brought me hand towels...the next day I was never moved instead I was told that the hotel was full... Even though I made reservstions with specific and not very difficult or complicated instructions...I would never stay here again!

Stay was pleasant, marketplace and Bistro restaurant are way overpriced.

Clean hotel, gated parking area. The bistro inside the lobby serves beer and wine. Also the food is very good.

Gated parking, good amount of parking space to pull in a trailer or boat. This hotel is older, they will tell you the hours for breakfast but its not free with the room :(

It was clean and safe. Everything you would expect from a Courtyard. The breakfast was better than many of it's counterparts!!

The only reason I gave two stars was because Ms Velma was super understanding and helped me with my concerns every way she could.

The bar & restaurant is not open, despite what the call center says. They also told me that they would be serving breakfast which is not the case. The front desk person, Chad made me a cup of coffee, thank goodness for that!!

The sheets had stains, and there were a set of false eyelashes under the comforter when we pulled it back.

For the price of this room, I expected A LOT more. We could have stayed the night in a crack shack and had a better experience. Save your money and book the Motel 6.

Nice hotel very clean great rooms I would definitely recommend!

They have roaches. They will act surprised (hell, I know I was). They will then try to tell you that was not what you saw. I heard them on the phone with what sounded like other guests stating "What? I have never heard anyone ever saying that before. This has never happened." So they are deceptive in that regard. They did nothing about it - oh they bought be a drink. Big whoops - payment for not telling the other guests? They also sent a female (alone) to Marlowes. I was clearly there on business, which they asked and received the name of my company. I asked if they had any restaurant suggestions (since I didn't want to eat there due to seeing roaches). She gave me a pink menu and said go here (she was NOT friendly at all - really, she was doing me a favor my tolerating my presence). I did.
1. not a good neighborhood for a woman by herself to go to.
2. really???? A business woman sent there? REALY? Not the atmosphere most would want - loud, you must be interactive with the crowd, etc. I was not happy to say the least.
3. Shuttle and airport driver was nice, but if I want to leave at a certain time, don't pressure me into leaving later. There was a much longer line (which I'm sure has never happened before) and I came very close to missing my flight. My exact words to him were "I do not want to rush through the airport".
4. Gated parking for your safety apparently.....major pain. Oh and it smelled like sewage outside.

Room was very clean and the check in attendant was great. The parking lot is gated which is a plus for that area. It's also less than ten minutes from the airport

Okay hotel for the night. One of Marriott older hotel. Room 212 could use a new mattress.

Doesn't look very nice on the outside but the rooms and the bistro are nice.

The lobby and restaurant/bistro areas are very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean but seem stuffy/closed off. Carpet should be replaced or freshened up more to give rooms a fresh smell when you first walk in.

I booked a Priceline Express deal and got this hotel. I specifically checked off that it be a pets allowed hotel and this hotel does not allow pets.

Nice and clean environment. Cozy and spacious bedrooms, LOVE that you guys a pool- my favorite of this hotel!!! I will be back next year and I'll recommend this hotel to my friends

Location is ok, the facility is gated. The room is average but the bathroom smells like mold. The moisture in the room makes everything feel damp

I made the mistake of not getting gps with rental car Hotel A little hard to find and 11 pm night clerk pleasant but unhelpful with directions over the telephone especially when I went across bridge to Arkansas by mistake at 1130 pm Trying to find hotel This hotel would be ideal location for affair or honeymoon charming small intimate...

Rooms were clean, service was fine. Very close (5 minutes) to the airport. Would not recommend buying anything from the lobby shop.

Sabrina at the front desk was awesome. Speedy check in and great conversation!! Rooms were nice but would suggest a larger wall mirror instead on the one inside closet door. Room and property we're very clean and housekeeping was nice and friendly! Will be back soon

Overnight stay in a 16 hour road trip. Staff was friendly and the place was peaceful. It also has a pool.

Room OK, hotel layout very weird with elevator all the way down the hallway.

Front desk staff was pleasant! The restaurant inside wasn t very clean and seemed to serve a lot of previously frozen food. Instead of having dinner there I chose to eat the snacks from the plane I had saved in my purse. The room wasn t as clean as I would prefer. The restaurant inside seemed okay for a couple bottles of beer if that is your thing. The whole hotel could/should be a lot cleaner. I appreciated the front desk staff as they were polite, helpful, and kind.

This is the lowest it would allow me to give. Waited almost an hour for pickup from airport. The hotel is one of the nastiest I have ever been in. Don't waste your $ this hotel. You can do better!!

Pretty cool place to stay. Only one elevator so be prepared to walk. Otherwise it's nice.

Overall this location is what I would expect from a Courtyard. My only complaint was that the TV on yhe treadmill did not work.

Older hotel..Staff was pleasant..but i had no hot water 1st night..had 3 rooms so was able to go to my kids room...staff offered me the key to another room to bathe but it was 130am..they gave me $40 off that particular night..carpet was very dirty in hallways..elevators dirty..needed mopping..hotel needs renovating asap!

One of my favorite places! The staff is always available and nice! Clean and friendly! Also the Bistro serves up some really tasty foods, whether breakfast or lunch something good is coming to the table!

Overall, very good. It was clean, the room smelled nice, features were up to date, everything worked, friendly staff, close to the airport. I liked the secure parking too. The only thing that could have been better is the noise level from a couple rooms nearby. They were clearly having a great time but I had to be up at 4am. It wasn't that bad though, they got much quieter after about 10pm. There is a restaurant inside which was nice because that area doesn't have many choices for eating out. We weren't there for anything other than food and a good night's sleep so I can't comment on other features. The beds were comfortable but a little soft. I'm used to a firmer bed. Still, it felt good. There aren't many tv channels for kids but there is free WiFi. I would definitely stay there again when in the area.

The room is fairly spacious, but my door lock wasn't working. The wall thermostat didn't do anything, had to use the control on the unit and still took awhile to cool the room down. There is only one elevator in the back of the building, so it will be a walk to use it. There isn't anything around the hotel in walking distance as it is in a commercial office park. The bistro is over priced, but pretty much your only food option other than the subway across the street. On a previous stay the hotel lost power and only the lobby and a couple hallways had back up power.

We select courtyard Marriott because of the consistency of service. The Bistro at this location was outstanding in service as well.

Chaperone for a high school trip. Not worth what you pay for. Took over an hour to have keys made for our rooms. 12 total with a reservation. Rooms were not clustered together or on the same floor. Made it difficult for room checks and getting students ready each morning. Also not ready to find from the interstate.

Clean, well kept rooms combined with friendly and helpful service made the overnight stay wonderful.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, overall great experience. Great place to stay at a great price if you re looking for somewhere to stay. Not incredibly far from downtown, close to Graceland, decent location!

Was Stuck here when snow storm had flights cancelled. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms need updating a little. Would be 5 stars based on the staff. But being real. Close and easy to get to the airport.

I was a little worried about staying here because every night there's at least two police cars parked out front which made me wonder if this was a bad hotel (it's not). but my room was dirty. The pool was dirty. The bistro was ok but way overpriced. This place is located in a half empty business park so there's no restaurants or stores nearby. And the interior looked old.

But besides that the staff was friendly, it's located next to the interstate, it's minutes from the airport, and the business park is a nice place for a jog. I would give this place a meh/10. It's decent but not on par with the other Marriott Hotels I stayed in. Next time I might try the Holiday Inn select down the street.

I had made a two day reservation here. My flight was delayed causing me to miss checking in on the first day. I caught the next available flight to Memphis and went to the hotel where I was nonchalantly "greeted" by the desk clerk who informed me that because I hadn't called my entire reservation was now cancelled. She also informed me that they did have rooms available if I wished to pay again! I contacted Expedia with whom I had made my reservation through about getting a refund for the second day and was told the hotel could not refund my money. Could not or would not I wonder? I would not recommend staying here to anyone as they clearly do not care about people at all. I personally will never stay at a "courtyard by marriott" hotel ever again nor will I ever use Expedia for booking.

Adding to my other review...Megan in the Bistro is fantastic. She understands travel stress and does what she can to make the stay calm and kind.

Rooms and accomodations were nice. However, as a light sleeper, the area was noisy being close to both the highway and airport.

This is my first time and Memphis and I would Not recommend anyone stay here when visiting! I booked under a Discount I Did not receive they charged me regular price after being witha group that blocked rooms. I reserved 2 QUEENS they put me in 2 Doubles after paying $520 including Friday and I paid at 12:30am Saturday morning!! The Hotel attendants are NOT helpful as they did not care about their customer service! I WAS PROMISED TO BE MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM WITH QUEEN BEDS AS I RESERVED AND THEY DID NOT MOVE ME they don t care what I reserved and I am overpaying for poor customer service and small beds including a day I did not stay!

The staff was the best part. So friendly and welcoming. Rooms were nice and the Bistro had a good selection.

I atteneded a business meeting, the hotel is not in the best of locations but was easy to get in and out of and does have a secure lot.

Clean friendly quiet. upon checking out my wallet was left in the room. Unfortunately dishonest housekeeper claimed she never saw it.
