My friends and I had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. It was clean, safe and the staff was very welcoming.

I am writing this review in advance of speaking with the general manager at the Courtyard in Fredericksburg Virginia. I ve stayed here many times before, and always had and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, this most recent visit the right before Christmas Eve 2020, I encountered the night manager, Bill, on a matter of not having wifi service in my room. To say he was not helpful would an understatement. He should be looking for another line of work that does not involve customer service. His approach was not problem solving oriented, it was one of condescension, impatience, and general disinterest, which eventually led him to hang up on me.
