Chris S in used car sales and Brent from the financial department were great to deal with. Brent went above and beyond to find financing for me and got me in to a sharp Grand Cherokee . So special thanks to the two of you. It s unfortunate that the service department and Courtesy leaves a bad taste in many of their customers. When the car was purchased it came along with tire warranty, about a month after driving it I got a screw stuck in the tire so I took it in to get looked at, the service department deemed that the tire was irreparable and said it would be replaced under warranty. Well I wasn t told that I would have to pay a fee for the mounting of the new tire, so when I picked up the car I had a $30 fee that needed to be paid. I also asked for an oil change since I was coming up on 3000 miles which I thought was standard for an oil change, which wasn t the case the car was scheduled for 6000 miles till the next oil change which I was only half way too the tech did not advise me and performed the service anyway. So I ended up walking out of there with a $99 dollar bill for a service that wasn t yet needed( they have this info in their system) and for a service fee that I wasn t aware would be charged as the tire was under warranty(tire replacement). To top it off 3 1/2 months after purchasing this $24000 car I get stranded on Christmas because of a bad key so I call the dealership the day after Christmas to ask if I had any coverage on the key and was told that the 90 day warranty was up a couple weeks before that. Mind you these keys are about $300. After all this I still brought in a different car for a $800 repair, I made the service department aware of my discontent about the Jeep I was told to call the service manager and here we are 2 weeks later and he has yet to return my voicemail. I m not one to bash businesses but I hope my review will help Courtesy better understand some of our discontent with them after spending $1000s of dollars there.

Absolutely amazing service! I brought my Wrangler for a recall, they got me right in hooked me up with a free loaner Jeep Cherokee. To top off this fabulous experience they dropped off my Wrangler to my house!

Got an estimate for my Chrysler 300 car repairs. Was told we needed a new engine for almost $5000.00 . Sounded like a rip-off.
Went to a competitor for a second opinion, was told it need a part for $140. Car has been running smoothly ever since. We have been faithful customers for years. We will never come here again.

Today was the first time I've ever taken out a loan for a car, so it was a very nerve racking process for me and my fiance. Ive always been very nervous about getting a car loan due to how many horror stories Ive heard with them and having no prior credit. Aubrey was awesome at making sure we got our foot in the right door (Courtesy). Matt Hoople took care of us, joked with us, communicated with us, made sure we decided on the right fitting vehicle and made sure he could do anything and everything to get us a safe ride. I won't recommend another place to anyone. Matt's years of experience definitely showed and I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle.

I got a basic oil change and new truck inspection ...

I got a basic oil change and new truck inspection back in July /August. Ever since my truck has sounded like a bearing going out or cupped tires. Not feeling cupped tires but keeping hopes up. The air filter was nasty, not changed. And promised a rotation i didnt even ask for. None of this happened and when i did my oil change due to slight ticking sound i realized my non leaking- smoking truck was 2 quarts low. How do i know i poured the oil in a 5 quart container my new oil came in didnt fill it. No i dont want freebies as you couldnt do the job when i paid for it, just warning others.

I went to Courtesy wanting to buy a Jeep as I have had various other vehicles that have always failed me. From the first time I talked to Del Contreras (my salesman) he made it clear that he was going to find exactly what I wanted and with in the price range I needed to be in. Del found a Jeep that they had just got in and made sure I was the first one to look at it. I found that I wanted something newer so he began his search again. I ended up getting the vehicle I have always dreamed of and could not be happier! (Especially since it was so reasonably priced). I would recommend Del to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle. He takes the time to listen to your wants and needs and genuinely would like to see you walk out with exactly what you had in mind and within your budget. I would never buy a car anywhere else, not that I need to because I am keeping this Jeep forever! Thanks again Del!

Courtesy Dodge service department did a great job....

Courtesy Dodge service department did a great job. They live up to their name, they were courteous and fixed my car in less time than I expected. I only waited about an hour and 15 minutes and my car was fixed. They had complimentary coffee and cookies too, which is great since I left home early in the a.m.
without having my morning coffee...lol. I will not hesitate to use them and recommend them. Thanks Courtesy

Matt Hoople is by far the most down to earth sales...

Matt Hoople is by far the most down to earth salesman I have ever met. my wife an i came in last Friday looking to buy our first car together, being a new married couple in our early 20s Matt really made this the best experience possible. He was able to get us into a new Dodge Journey with in a few day! I highly recommend him to anyone and will be back for another car someday!

Once again the team at Courtesy has helped us to find the best vehicle for our family. Danielle Lester was so patient and helpful through the purchasing process. She helped us after a issue in the service department and once again showed us why Courtesy really does right by its customers. Danielle was there the entire way through the trade in of our mini-van to the purchase of our family's second Journey. She even took phone calls late in the evening after hours.

After walking us through the purchasing process, we worked with Rick Stanton and he was again very informative and a great assistance in getting the correct warranty package and a good fit with a local bank for our purchase.

There is a reason we are loyal Courtesy costumers and our last 4 cars have come from this dealership

My wife and I have been buying and leasing vehicles for the past 25 years. We've had several vehicles over the years, too many to count, and have went through several dealerships. By far Courtesy has been the best. Their customer service is exceptional and they work hard to get you the best deal for your money.

Having said that my wife and I would not hesitate passing up on our GM employee pricing again to buy another vehicle from Courtesy in the future.

Purchased my first truck from them in 2002, 15 years later I purchased my first Wrangler. Got a great deal and found the transaction was smooth and easy. The salespeople are straight with you and the vehicles are solid. My Wrangler is used, and got a few years and miles on it. The 4X4 linkage broke, which is common in Wranglers. Within a day they got it in and fixed, gave me a super nice new Renegade to drive and even filled my tank, all without questions asked and plenty of apologies for my inconvenience. (It was covered under the 30,000 mile warranty) I doubt you will get that service at many other dealers. That's my honest story, hope you have a great experience like I had.

Mike and Matt were awesome! Both were vastly knowledgeable in their departments which made the whole process feel easy and calm. I left feeling confident about not only the car I just bought, but who I gave my business to! I drove 90+ miles to Courtesy for a specific car and the good things I had heard about them. Mike worked diligently getting everything together and in line via phone and email a few days prior to my purchase. Love it! Their sales staff is top notch. We absolutely will deal with no one but Matt Hoople, he's the best of the best; asks our parameters and then finds us the best deal for US.

Their service department is helpful and knowledgeable, and they reward customer loyalty. While we're name dropping, Kevin Gizowski (sp?) does a phenomenal job taking care of our vehicles (however, Mr. Simmons is my dad, Kevin!)

They definitely are not your stereotypical dealership.

After a few short questions she pulled up a list of cars for me, and showed me the one she thought i would like most first. I fell in love with the car instantly and she helped me get financed and drive off with the car 3 days later. I am very happy with my experience and would recommend this dealership to everyone.

This was my first experience with this dealership ...

This was my first experience with this dealership and it was not a pleasant one. While the staff was friendly, I felt like they were not trusthworthy when it came to making appropriate recommendations for my vehicle. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, which they did and both services seemed to be done adequately. I also asked that they check on replacing one of my front headlight bulbs as the replacement bulb I purchased from AutoZone did not match what I saw when I tried replacing the bulb myself. The service rep came into the lobby to tell me that replacing one bulb would cost $250 and explained the high cost was due to the "brains" of the light that is required. I trusted that this was a fair price (by dealership standards) and told them to go ahead and replace it. After looking for replacement bulbs I found that they usually max out around $120 for a pair. I do not blame the dealership for me deciding to allow them to do the replacement. I take responsibility for that. The reason that I am giving a bad review is that I would hope a dealership would try and build trust with their customers by letting them know when a particular part is extremely overpriced (400% markup on this particular light bulb) and that they should explore replacing the part on their own. The service rep said no such thing and so I will not return to this dealership for any service as it seems they do not prioritize building trust over gouging their customers.

EDIT: The service and parts manager reached out to me after my original review and talked me through their process. He was professional and respectful and offered a partial refund on the amount I paid for the replacement bulb. He reiterated that they are not trying to take advantage of their customers and wanted to gain back my trust. I appreciate the effort on his part and so I have changed the star rating from 1 to 3 stars.

If you read my previous review this is a follow up....but after running into some serious frustrations with a issue regarding the operation of a used vehicle I purchased a while ago, management at Courtesy was solid! They took the time to actually listen to my issue and understand the entire situation, especially Rick used car sales manager! He showed compassion and enthusiasm to help me get the issue resolved quickly and I can not thank him enough for it. That guy is absolutly awesome when it comes to customer satisfaction and a great professional! At the end of the day he took time out of his busy day to ensure a great experiance and to ensure customer retention. If you need a used car go see Rick he will take great care of you! And if you guys stumble onto a great deal on a Viper or Corvette in the next 2 years give me a call lol!

I recently bought a used car at this dealership and I LOVE IT!
Matt Hoople was my salesperson and he was just amazing. He was courteous, polite, and pretty darn funny. At first I was nervous about trading in my car for a new one but he made me feel at home and at the end of the day I was completely satisfied with my trade-in/purchase.
Wonderful Dealership. Wonderful People.
I would definitely recommend Matt to anyone looking for a well-rounded salesperson who knows how to get things done in a timely fashion.

Great car buying experience! Mike Jermstad was patient, listened to us, and used his expertise to help us find the perfect car for our family of 5. Mike went above and beyond in his role (even watched our kids while we finalized the paperwork!) and made us feel comfortable, not pressured at all. From Mike to Brent in the Finance department, just top notch customer service and made what could be a stressful, harrowing experience, into something exciting for us.

If there's coffee in the breakroom in the Used Car area you know Mike's in the office, see him to buy your next car. I know we'll be getting our next car here, and taking our cars there for service when needed.

We got into a wonderful Chrysler 200 that turn heads and get asked all the time where we got it from. Even when we come back for service we are treated with much care and concern. If your looking for a great dealer with awesome service, look no further. I will always be a part of the Dodge Courtesy family. He is salesman of the year and the dealership is too!

But we get emails from them still. And they have a copy of her DL but they dont have our info??? Use a different...honest dealer.

I went there not knowing what to expect and ended up buying a brand new Laramie. Dale Church is an amazing salesman who really listens, isn't pushy at all and is a really down to earth guy. If it weren't for his patience and honesty I truly don't believe I would've bought a vehicle, especially a brand new one. Also, Matt Jermsted in financing was extremely helpful and friendly.

I WARN EVERYONE THAT GOES TO THIS PLACE TO BE CAREFUL. THE ETHICS AND INTEGRITY OF THIS PLACE ARE PATHETIC. I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW JEEP AND I WAS TOLD A BRAND NEW SOFT TOP WAS PUT ON (BY SEVERAL DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES ON IT AND BEHOLD IT WAS A USED TOP WITH HOLES IN IT) DUE TO THE WEATHER I DID NOT NOTICE IT FOR A COUPLE WEEKS. AT NO TIME WAS I APOLOGIZED TOO FACE TO FACE. AND AFTER A WEEK WENT BY I FILLED OUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL I WAS SENT. I WAS CALLED TODAY AND WAS LEANED ON BY THE GM OF THE FACILITY AND HUNG UP ON WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER. HIS COMMENTS DIRECTED TOWARD ME MADE ME FEEL LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT. WHY DIDN'T I BRING THIS FORWARD EARLIER. ONCE AGAIN BE CAREFUL. HOPEFULLY,MY EXPERIENCE WILL KEEP YOU FROM GETTING USED BY THIS COMPANY. My wife and I brought in our WRX to have our winter tires put on when nobody else could fit us in. Sydney was our service advisor and we were beyond impressed with how courteous she was. Honestly, one of the best customer service moments we have had to date and it was under 5 minutes. Just goes to show you that all it takes is great customer service to make someone a lifelong customer.

To add to this review, we purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Aaron Arntz and we are so impressed with his willingness to go above and beyond with getting us into what fit our needs and what we could afford without pressuring us to buy something we didn t want. The employees here are amazing and Aaron is no exception to this. If they have a vehicle that we want for our next purchase, we will be going directly to Aaron. We also cannot forget Brent from the finance office. He got us the warranty we needed at the price that fit our budget on top of getting us an awesome rate and loan term. I haven't bought a car in ten years and despite doing research, I was nervous about the process of finding what I needed(features, warranty, etc). Rick in sales was great; he took the description of what I was looking for, showed me the many options available, and with no pressure, helped me find the perfect new car. The service didn't stop there. He introduced me to the service coordinator so that when routine maintenance is due or there is some problem, I would have a name and face to feel comfortable talking to. This was an all-around great experience thanks to Rick's terrific customer service. I will for sure be keeping my business here.

I bought my Chevy Sonic from Todd in sales at Courtesy two years ago and he was so friendly and helpful. He helped me get the car that was perfect for me! I debated about getting the warranty and I m glad I did! This year I ve had to take it in twice and Kevin at the service department took care of everything. He made sure the warranty covered as much as possible and explained what they fixed in my car in terms that I could actually understand. The mechanics went above and beyond to ensure everything is running well. I m glad to have bought and continued working with Courtesy! From sales to service, all their staff is friendly, helpful and straightforward. 10/10 would recommend!

The only reason I can give 2-star is due to the parts department. I went into this dealership 3 times over the last 8 months. I was passed off to a different sales person each time and never received an ounce of followup. Our third trip in, we came in asking about a specific Wrangler in Chief Blue. We made it know several times that this was the only thing we wanted, just to be asked over and over if we would take a silver one....We were in the market for two vehicles. We ended up purchasing a 2014 F150, and a 2018 Wrangler from another dealership that wanted our business. My 2-stars is based on the great service I received when recently ordering parts from the parts department.

Matt Hoople was an absolute dream to work with! I will definitely work with him again for vehicle purchases in the future, and refer people to him specifically every chance that I get. He made the entire experience so simple - and FUN!! I spent at least 5 year mulling over a new vehicle purchase and dreading the "sales process." After my recent experience, I am only kicking myself for not finding Matt sooner! Nothing exceptional they might, but you'll be forced to pay a lot of money!
I paid 3,000$ somewhere to get my car fixed. Whereas this evil place asked me to pay more than 6,000$. And before I took my car back, I paid 119$ for nothing... This is so stupid! Never go to this place!
