I Order a part that I need it ASAP I pay next day shipping, but they sent it when they want. So I loose my money parts department 0

Come for some maintenance and wait around 2 hours before somebody come to check in the trailer!!! Costumer service is horrible

Worst level of workmanship on a 80 foot 2020 quick loader. I thought it was bad when I dropped it at the factory, wow. I got it back in worse shape than it was. Nothing got repaired. They welded and my flipper is still where it was bit now I have welding splatter and burnt paint. The quickspin that wasn't catching still doesn't catch. The paint they put on their repair looks like a kid did it, they didn't even clean the surface before painting and the back of my truck now looks like I was in an accident and tried to fix it myself. What happened to the quality? I used to love cottrelle, now I think they're the worst new equipment on the market with horrible aftersale service. It cost me money to leave the truck with them, and then I get it back worse than when I left it. Is it safe? I doubt it. My decks collapsed with no break in hydraulic lines. Did they fix it? Looking at the rest of the work and the fact that they claimed that they didn't know what could case it before I dropped it, give me real doubt. I hate having to work with equipment that's unsafe to operate. If I crush a car, who is going to pay? If I get injured, some lawyer will make money. This is not professional. I love my career but I hate my new truck.

Parts department is horrible. They don t know nothing. Even if they have some most common parts in stock .no body cares what u need . Lazy stupid stuff.

Quality control and design its at 0. Paid for upgraded aluminum and still got half of ramps with cheap one. 2017 equipment still have same problems like 10 years ago. We had to make holes and weld hooks in order to secure the cars. Decks crack after 6 months of use. What a shame 300k equipment.

Order parts and paid never receive and all after the block my number and the don t won t to take a responsibility do not boy part from Cordell and never boy uniting from them bad business

Spent about 3k on a self contained kit and it shipped nearly 2weeks from when promised. It finally shows up and it s a pallet of parts with no instructions. I tried calling every department to see if I can get a instruction manual and nobody answer the phone. It took a week just to place a order for the same reason. Communication and customer service is terrible.

I've owned 4 Cottrell car carriers, the last 2 have been very bad quality. I will never own another one. My friend bought a Wally-Mo and it's very impressive and he hasn't had any problems in 4 years. My head rack cracked in less than 2 years in operation, this shouldn't be......Terrible quality.

My order was 8/31 ! Today 9/7 I don t get yet !I have lost an order that someone is not going to find. I have been calling since Friday to find out where it is and how I will receive it!

We got a new 2020 fast loader 80 footer, what a disappointing experience. Decks collapsed while loading. Decks are out of square and quick spins are faulty. Locking pins don't work. Took it back and lost time as they pretended to fix it. Welding splatter all over the truck. Extreme bad paint repair and decks are still crooked. Ratchet still don't catch and we're scared the decks might still crush one of us. Chances are, it was repaired just like the rest of what they did. Maybe a third chance to fix a cheap truck? What happened to quality control? Does anyone have pride in what they do?
