I Just registered with the company and received a call greeting from Anis. Very helpful and eager to help me with my new business start up.

Great customer service. As a person just starting out in the T-Shirt business I am thankful that they were willing to explain the difference betweens the shirts so that I was able to make the best decision. I will be doing a lot more business in the future.

We just recently became a Customer with Cotton Connection, right from the start it started with extraordinary Customer Service, Cotton Connection took time to learn about Granny & Grandpa's Custom Creations with asking questions, and the right and correct questions about our business. With every order I place, I receive a telephone call, asking if I did order the correct shirts vs my previous orders. When they are out of stock of a item, you receive a telephone with an option of taking what they do have in stock. We have had Cotton Connection ship products to us and we have picked up our items. Both ways our orders have been on time and correct. Granny & Grandpa's Custom Creations would recommend Cotton Connection to anyone, the products are great and the customer service is amazing other companies should follow Cotton Connections customer service! We will not change suppliers! Try them out, Cotton Connections we work with Anis, AMAZING employee! Very detailed oriented, Anis knows his Clients. Thank you so much Cotton Connection! Great Company!! I order some T-Shirts from them. The order was shipped same day which I LOVED. Their representatives were very friendly and very helpful. I will be placing another order very soon.

They have always been helpful to me. I have placed very small orders but each time they treat as though I m their number one customer.

Doesn't matter whether you've spent $300 or $300,000 with this company. You will be treated the same. The same being that they absolutely will not send one pair of socks until payment is confirmed, even if you have spent 300k within 2 years with them. This is a problem because sometimes, you need a product ASAP, yet they will not ship it until the payment hits their account and you send confirmation. Absolutely no incentives to you, the customer for repeat business--something almost all companies similar to Cotton do. This is not to say that they are doing business wrong, as I'm sure they encounter a lot of companies who try to pull moves on them.
Just be aware of how they will treat you, the potential long-term customer. The prior review still stands.

Cotton Connection redefines customer service. As a small business owner, many big companies/wholesalers treat us little guys with very little priority and unreasonable MOQs. Not the case here. My sales rep was very helpful, prompt, and accommodating. He also referred me to a similar but cheaper alternative they had in stock which lowered my cost and skyrocketed my profits! Coupled with amazing service and competitive prices, I will be doing business with Cotton Connection for years to come!
