Doesn't matter whether you've spent $300 or $300,000 with this company. You will be treated the same. The same being that they absolutely will not send one pair of socks until payment is confirmed, even if you have spent 300k within 2 years with them. This is a problem because sometimes, you need a product ASAP, yet they will not ship it until the payment hits their account and you send confirmation. Absolutely no incentives to you, the customer for repeat business--something almost all companies similar to Cotton do. This is not to say that they are doing business wrong, as I'm sure they encounter a lot of companies who try to pull moves on them.
Just be aware of how they will treat you, the potential long-term customer. The prior review still stands.

Cotton Connection redefines customer service. As a small business owner, many big companies/wholesalers treat us little guys with very little priority and unreasonable MOQs. Not the case here.
