I had a Hard Phone Setup problem and Simeon Lovell and Nathan Howard worked diligently and patiently with me to solve all my inquiries. Whenever I have a problem with my Bridge or Voip phone, the Kotter Group takes care of us here at Byrd Insurance in a timely manner. Thanks Guys!!!!

You better look carefully before you sign up this this group, caveat emptor. The support staff is nice enough but their hardware is awful, we switched from Hawksoft regular to Hawksoft cloud through Kotter Group, what a mistake. The cloud service they provide is very slow and it constantly has trouble working with explorer.

Simeon helped me out, I hopped on the support chat and my issue was fixed within 5 minutes. Great assistance and quick response time
