The staff is kind and welcoming. I was very disappointed by the fact that they couldn't provide a real help for working holiday holders like me but can't blame there, it's the government decision (or at least that's what they told me...)

Their not really helpful, most of their jobs are for general labour, and in order to see a counselor you need to book a future appointment.
They organizes some employment fairs and also helps newcomers to settle in Canada. Service is OK.
Great place to gain work experience! The counsellors are phenomenal and the short term training, food handling is a great opportunity to jump into various types of jobs relating to food. I love this place.
I never thought I'll write a negative review about anyone, but today all my patience is gone. I went to them on 2nd April 2019 and they allotted an employment officer for me. Her name is Kavita Jeyaratnam. I met and we spoke and she gave me hope that very soon I will find job and the employment services are this and this and so on. She gave me her business card to send her my resume. The very same day I did it and for about a week I didnt get any confirmation email from her side. Then after a week I called her myself and asked her if she got anything and she said she didnt because her email, the one on her business card, doesnt work sometimes. Then she gave me another email and I sent her my resume. after that over the period of time I contacted her several times but every time she wasnt available. Last week ( on 13 May 2019), after waiting for over a month I called her again and she answered, probably forgetting about me and we spoke and she gave the excuse that one of her relative died so she wasnt in the town. As my officer she should have atleast atleast updated me with something, whether she was able to find something or not but I never got that response from her. She said last Monday that she needs 2 more days and she will get back to me and today after a week even there isnt a single email updating me with the situation. My question to the services is that how come their employees who arent responsible enough to do their jobs are getting paid and having a proper job and so many ppl are suffering because they are unable to find respectable jobs for themselves. We immigrate with proper documents and academic qualifications and even then when we are here nobody gives us job because of NO CANADIAN EXPERIENCE. This is absolutely unfair and If you guys cant help anyone please shut these offices down because they are just for fooling ppl. If there was an option I would give rating in negative!

went with my new friend who immigrated to Canada and found that staff are not helpful, knowledgeable ,resourceful and welcoming .Wasted our time.
Place is well-organized and with enough parking spot.
