Had an issue with my no claims bonus due to some unfortunate circumstances. Lewis who cordinated my cancellation and sent me through to the sales team for a new insurance quote was absolutely fantastic! He was a champion from start to finish, instantly reduced my anxiety and stress relating to the issues and didn't leave me in massive debt! The sales team were terrific aswel even if we didn't reach a productive end with a new quote policy. All round gold star for everyone, absolute hero's in the end!

Poor service, severe penalties with very slow refunding.
Forced to use this sort of service as covering a deceased parent home, while selling. Seemed ok, but due to pandemic, forced to renew just before a sale was agreed.

After 2 years been their customer (since I have a car in U.K.), for the first time they didn't send me an invitation renewal of my policy which I realized that was expiring on the same day! I called up straight away and the lady on the phone apologised immediately. It wasn't a big issue, I understand, things can happen but then she offered me a renewal 50 pound more expensive of the previous one (which I already paid almost 700 pound!). Since I never had any issues for the past two years, I asked for an explanation, so she put me on hold, and then she came back with the "great" offer of NOT EVEN 10 pound cheaper than the current one! I had to accept since it was due to expire in 2 hours, but I genuinely felt scammed.

I was given no options at the renewal of my policy, no marketing was done or any attempt to see if there was a more competitive market, I left and placed the insurance with a competitor insurer for a third of the cost. If they'd have done their work I wouldn't have needed to shop around and move my business, what exactly does this insurance broker do besides add another link in the chain, increasing costs by taking more commission.

I was waiting for two weeks to someone contact me about car repairs but no one did. On week three on Monday phoned myself to the insurance company and I been told on this week someone will contact me about car repairs but no one did. On week four on Monday phoned myself to the insurance company and ask them to contact repair garage while I am on line. On same evening garage contact me to book appointment.
Unfortunately in my case car bamper was damaged and it was previously painted by someone else.
Unfortunately the garage did not spend any minute more to prepare bamper for paint job and results you can see on photos after they finished paintwork.
Now I have car bamper what looks worse than before accident.
Garage and insurance company are happy with this kind of work.
Never expected this kind off car repair for my car.
If would know what to expect:
I could buy used bamper with same colour of paintwork.
I could prepare this bits for paint job myself. Sounds silly but looks like it is what you have to do if you want good results.
Very disappointed with this kind off service.
