This is a very convenient Costco which includes Costco Gasoline and Car Wash and Whole price store all in one place.

Fun! Always a good place for quick snack. Very busy most days, nearly impossible to find parking on Fridays and Sundays.

This Costco is like every other Costco in Washington.

I've had good experiences before with the Costco Tire Center, but today I called in and the phone got picked up and then immediately hung up on me without saying a word. I called right back and a guy asked if I could please hold... "Sure" I said. I was on hold for 5 minutes before I gave up and called the Tukwila Costco Tire Center. Tukwila had me taken care of in less than 5 minutes. Not sure what happened there today, but I didn't appreciate how I was treated.

The worst service I have ever experienced. After I purchased a set of tires at Costco, I appointed the time to install them. Arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time. After 1 and 1/2 hour my car was still at the same place in a parking lot, not yet even started to do anything. I watched them "working" - probably even in Russia they would be fired immediately. Incompetence at its finest.

The customer service I received during my last trip there left me believing customer service should be more recognized

Stopped by for a few things I forgot yesterday. Tuesday ca. 7:45, close parking available; short checkout lines. Tried the cheeseburger at Food Court. Good size; added onions, relish, ketchup & mustard. Great price point! Needs to become an item at all Costco food courts.

Only small complaint is lack of parking spots, even in the farthest lot.

Bought tires online and set an appointment for installation. Installation took under 1.5 hours. Everything went as planned. The installer called me during installing to ask my preference on white or black lettering, that was nice of them.

Horrible service. I had a 3pm appointment and vehicle still wasn't started at 4:30 (the time they told me it would be done by). No call or update. It wasn't until I asked about it that they said they were going to start the vehicle. And then they said the work would be done in 10 mins...So, what is an appointment for?!?! I sat here for almost 2 hours for 10 mins of work? Disappointed in Costco.

Great gas station! Great store but the entrance and exits can get crowded with lines of people. Parking can be a hassle on certain times of day. Oh and great car wash as well!

This location - along with most near Seattle - are like descending into the circles of hell to find the same bargains you can either grab at Safeway or Amazon.

I don't understand why people go back, unless they're possessed by an alien parasite that enjoys causing them pain. Buy a teevee and drop your membership already.

Crowded, well organized. Can't ever get out for less than $400!

These guys can't get anything right - scheduling, ordering, repairs, nothing. We've gone around and around so many times trying to get the hearing aids right, all pieces included, and they don't know what we're talking about with ear molds, etc. It's crazy that they can't figure out how a hearing aid works at the HEARING CENTER.

It s a Costco, what else is there to say except don t go on Sunday

Costco never fails. The team here have always been super helpful for me, even when the store is busy and they have to go above and beyond.

The guy at the door checking receipts was being a jerk unnecessarily and very rude. Please retrain him on customer service skills !

Staff always helpful and kind, good location. Also, they have a piece of one of the walls of the original Costco (which I believe was across the street) for the big fans :)

It's a convenient location for Seattleites but it gets busy frequently and it's challenging to find a parking spot on the weekend. Additionally, this Costco has experimental food court meals like burgers or acai bowls.

Despite being incredibly busy, their staff were as helpful as ever. If only there was more space in the parking lot

Quick and easy to get in. They have a car wash which u can add onto when fueling.

Costco is the best for bulk purchases, this one comes to rescue whenever needed...convenient location from downtown seattle

The place was packed!
But always good deals.

Fast checkout. Big gas station. 4 vehicles in a row and around 24 vehicle at a time can fill the gas. Great car wash make the vehicle super shiny incuding super shiny black tiers. However not cheaper $8.86 per vehicle. In full busy time it doesn't take make than 15min.

I can actually get through there quickly, and the food court is faster than most fast food places in the area.

great deals on bulk items, good food court, my family enjoys almost every thing we get from here. the seasonal items are always changing which means great new stuff coming in all the time.

My life revolves around my monthly trip to Costco. There is heaven on Earth, and it's found amongst the towering shelves of quality bulk goods and sample stations at Costco.

This Costco has to one of the busiest. Parking lot almost full on a Thursday at about 2:30 PM.

Just another Costco. Crowded around the samples like always people walking side by side down the aisles.

Didn't like the produce here.. pineapple and tomatoes got rotten sooner than they should

Love this place. It can be hectic trying to find parking or to maneuver a shopping cart through the throng of people. It is worth the hassle. Go early to avoid most of the chaos. The selection is fantastic. The prices are reasonable. Thank you, Costo! I am glad I joined.

Busy as hell, all the time. Best to come soon as it opens, park in the back.

They have lots but always lacking in the mens clothing. Lots of shirts of the same style. They need mor variety for men sboppers.

Really wide aisles for those who suddenly loose GPS signal during shopping. I do wish they had a express lane for five items or less.

Just hate the traffic and long lines but love the pizza lol

I dare say it. When I first stepped foot in this town in 1990 and started shopping at the 4th Av S locale, it had a better produce department than most grocery stores. Now your limited to buying puny organic apples at outrageous prices. Today I had to search through nearly 10 boxes of navel oranges to find a box that wasn't at least 40 percent moldy or mushy. Quality control has plummeted. When I am saying Albertsons has a better produce section than Costco, he'll has frozen over.

I love Costco, but this one can get crazy busy. I tried going on a Saturday one weekend, and it took me ten minutes to find a parking space. Some people had even parked in the fire lanes! The lines were long and the store was crowded. On weekdays, it is much better!

Always clean. Cashiers always friendly. Employees passing out samples always delightfully cheery!

Costco team members Austin & Josie really lifted the weight off our shoulders with their World Class customers service! Thank you so much Costco team and this is the number one store with more verities and best selections in the Pacific Northwest.

They have good customer service, but the pizza we ordered from the food court was skimpy on toppings and the crust was flat. Normally it has bubbles. Also they dont know how to do party cut like the Federal Way Costco.

It's a Costco, one of the few big box stores I will shop. Partly because of their corporate philosophy.

Incompetent food court staff, was lied to about certain fresh food items being made and sold 3 chicken bakes. Waited over 20 minutes to be told no more were actually being made.

Improving optical choices on frames is paramount & a stark drawback to us making use of that + the optical mgr is more than a bit gruff, really??? Fresh dairy choices more limited yet, but really we like the choices on many items, Clothing is so much better, wow factor, fuel was 30cents under lowest posted retail today, good golly
