Bought flat from this builder and that was biggest mistake of my life.

Invested our hard earned money in wrong project, worst Society in CR. builder cheated everyone with all false commitments in selling stage.

Management is pathetic.. this is sufficient to explain about COSMOS

Worst builder. You will be trapped big way. Poorest quality. Hundred of residents are literally crying. Anyone booking any flat of this builder anywhere in India, first visit their Crossings Tepublic Ghaziabad society. Worst construction material used with below standard indoor fittings and finish.
Also they loot big way in maintenance charges and will never handover you your own deposited money.
Once flat will be booked , you will be trapped.
