Check some resident's review like below or visit yourself and ask residents of their delivered society like Cosmos Golden Heights ( crossings Republic , Ghaziabad ).

Worst builder. You will be trapped big way. Poorest quality. Hundred of residents are literally crying. Anyone booking any flat of this builder anywhere in India, first visit their Crossings Tepublic Ghaziabad society. Worst construction material used with below standard indoor fittings and finish.
Also they loot big way in maintenance charges and will never handover you your own deposited money.
Once flat will be booked , you will be trapped.
