Cosmo is a place where u get so much of beautiful memories which brings a smile on ur face whenever u think abt it.... being a female my first priority was safe and healthy work enviorment...here i cud get nt only tht enviornment but also got full freedom to experiment n to explore my skills.... i worked there for more than 3.6 years n cudnt get even a single reason to even think about leaving that place in tht time period.... i luved celebrating all occassions there in cosmo rather than with my family....it beacme 2nd home for me....my teammates used to call me workohlic but staying there so late n working for hours n hours was just a way to give back 10% of all what i got from that place.... this company always value ur efforts... it was proven.... i got almst 100% hike in my salary with back to back promotions in 3 years... whosoever is thinking about joining this organization.... plz dnt give it a 2nd thought n grab the oppertunity asap....gud luck....

I had worked with Cosmo Infrasolutions around 3 years, there,s environment is so friendly and familiar. I had start my carrier with Cosmo in 6 years ago (2010) and in 2013 i had joined HDFC Life as role employee of the organisation But today i am rejoin "Cosmo Infrasoluions" due to Cosmo always working on own ethics with professional way. I worked as an HR , it was a pleasing experience over there..the staff is too supportive. Would like to work in future as well if get a chance.

Good environment & friendly nature but Less pay in comparison to efficiency.
Very hard rules & regulations. Less no. of holidays too.
Although perfect for those who want to start there job life.
