You must have heard about companies where u cn learn while earning Bt..... Cosmo is a place where u get so much of beautiful memories which brings a smile on ur face whenever u think abt it.... being a female my first priority was safe and healthy work enviorment...here i cud get nt only tht enviornment but also got full freedom to experiment n to explore my skills.... i worked there for more than 3.6 years n cudnt get even a single reason to even think about leaving that place in tht time period.... i luved celebrating all occassions there in cosmo rather than with my family....it beacme 2nd home for me....my teammates used to call me workohlic but staying there so late n working for hours n hours was just a way to give back 10% of all what i got from that place.... this company always value ur efforts... it was proven.... i got almst 100% hike in my salary with back to back promotions in 3 years... whosoever is thinking about joining this organization.... plz dnt give it a 2nd thought n grab the oppertunity asap....gud luck....
