To Correct for discounted Lezyne bicycle light. Seller was not in shape (Mr. de Jong). 1. When I asked where the bicycle lighting was, he pointed to the cash register instead of just walking along. 2. Online shopping is still the old-fashioned way. That has its charm, but oh my, inefficient. No automatic confirmation received after ordering. So I called the next day to check. Yes, received the gentleman said very kindly. He himself indicated that the company is celebrating its 80th anniversary and that the automation is also 80 years old. And that's right. But the package would be delivered tomorrow. Late in the evening I received an email that the carrier tried to reach me and that delivery would not be possible without contact .. So I just sent back an email that could be delivered any time of the day (incidentally, it is a small package). The lady said that my response was too late. Delivery was no longer possible and it would be a day later. Gosh ... I really feel sorry for the organization. How do they survive with this degree of automation ...? Is there no one at this huge company who can take automation from 1980 to 2020? I really like the contacts, my compliments for that. But ordering online is not yet recommended. Way too cumbersome.

45 min. Inside no salesman approachable everything busy in the weather but no idea with what !!! behind the computer. But not with the customer. I'm hard-core because this review is based on multiple visits. What a difference with the past, then with attention and knowledge of what made them great.

Product is treated roughly in the store. Upon returning home the product appears to be defective. At the hands of store staff. Not covered by warranty. Correct is no longer what it had been. Never correct for me again. The name incorrect fits better in this state.

Have been a customer for almost 30 years and have never been disappointed. The own repair service is correct and most sellers take the time and are expert in their explanation. Not a loud affair, but with no nonsense from 010 with quality and a lot for lovers of beautiful and good equipment. My wife and I like to come and you don't have to leave it for any price difference with other things.

Wanted, good surround amplifier with my new TV with ARC.
My previous amplifier from Onkyo picked up at Correct, so I immediately drove to Rotterdam. If I get a salesman there who doesn't like ARC, it doesn't work. And also does not want to advise on a purchase that is not really cheap. Man did not listen at all except himself. He explained to me 3 times what ARC means. I already knew that and explaining the same thing three times is really an insult to my intelligence. He may not remember that he had already explained it, he was the age for it.
Then choose a Denon and order it via Coolblue. Next day delivery. Works like a charm. ARC too. Maybe a refresher course for the salesman who can't get it working himself?
With such bad sellers, customers are automatically chased onto the internet. And if the information provision at Coolblue is more in-depth than at Correct, then I know where I will continue to buy my stuff. Correct is already halved, I fear it will not stop there. Rightly so.
