Its been 2 YEARS! after my surgery and I still have not received my chemical peel that was included with my surgery (face lift) . I've gone and called soo many times that I've lost count. Every time I go or call they have an excuse that they do not have the materials to do the treatment or they schedule me for an appointment and I go and wait for 2 hours and then they call me to the window and say they have to reschedule because the person who does it is helping in surgery or that they forgot to order. the materials. What kind of business doesn't have materials or enough staff to do their jobs? They will be the most interested and giving when you book your appointment and have your surgery but after they have your money and you've had your surgery they no longer care about you. Patty is the women who always gives me the runaround and always promises and brushes all of my questions off when I am there. I've had to show up without an appointment numerous times to try to speak to a manager but guess what? No manager or supervisor and anyone in charge can speak to me...never! Not only have they not kept their promises about my chemical peel but my face-lift was a complete fail. They blame it on my skin type or age but I've seen women older than me with better results! I still have a turkey neck and basically look 5% better than I did before surgery. My daughter had surgery in Mexico and her results were soooo much better than mine here in the USA and so much more affordable too. Do not trust this place with your body. Do NOT!
