I moved into my apartment back on October and Cornerstone bought the building at the end of March. April 1st they kicked everyone around me out and asked me to terminate my lease. When I said I didn't have the money to get another place the lady straight up told me that "they were going to make our lives hell until we move" and that is exactly what they have done. This place is so unprofessional they sent someone into my apartment when I wasn't home. I have asked several times to speak to someone different with no response. I am honestly so sick and tired of the way they are treating us. I will be contacting a lawyer.

I have been a vendor for Cornerstone Residential for 2 years now. I have worked on 3 of their properties in the Southern Region. I have always been treated with respect by management, maintenance and residents. This company is a class act with amazing people who really care about the properties they work at, and the people who live there. I have been treated professionally, my employees are treated kindly, and I feel like my company and services are valued by Cornerstone, AND the property owners. It is always a pleasure to work on their properties!

Cornerstone has been an amazing management company, I have had experience with many management companies and so far I can honestly say that Cornerstone has been my favorite. They deserve a 5 star review, they are reasonable and down to earth. Very straight forward with lease and addenda. They have good people working for them - I appreciate everything their people do to keep properties clean and kept up, day in and day out. Overall great management !!

It is funny how most of the 5 star reviews say they work for/with Cornerstone Residential. Conflict of Interests comes to mind. As a resident I feel like I have my bias, however I have at least consumed the product I am reviewing .

Huge privacy concern! Management posted my full check details on my door and saw no issue with this.
This company is allergic to property management, they have no clue what they are doing.
A positive is the view from my balcony, easy to walk to Decker lake, close to Trax and freeway.
The new office crew has been helpful but best to double check their info as false information has been communicated to us before.
Parking is a challenge later at night, good luck if your household has more than one vehicle. Lighting and overflow parking could be improved but hasn't seen any adjustments in years.
The grounds are poorly kept and often trash can be found up and down the stairs. Walking around outside might leave your shoe stuck to the ground. People have no respect for others and allow their dogs to ruin the property without consequences.
Maintenance isn't proactive with outside repairs around the buildings and lawns.
You won't have much trouble finding a better apartment. Such a low bar they have set here to watch them miss it

I have lived at Brickgate since 2015.. The first management company prior to this last year were great. They always handled my maintenance request in a timely manner and the women that worked in the office were nice. Now with Cornerstone residential I have put in a request for maintenance 3 times and
nothing has been done. Overall the apartments have gotten worse and the women that work in the office now there rude and disrespectful and it seems as though they get off on how mean they can be to the residents it s distrusting.
So think twice before moving here

Maintenance has been an extreme hassle to work with. I submitted a request on June 18th to have a clogged tub fixed and I didn't hear from anyone until 3 weeks later. They have an office an emergency line with no one ever answered even if I left a message. When I finally got someone out here, they told me they couldn't fix the tub for a couple more days and will have to drill a hole in the wall. I was told they'd contact me to set up an appointment so we can get it scheduled and I could move things around so they can access the issue. Fast forward to a couple days later I get an email saying the job was fixed (It wasn't). Now I'm still stuck with a tub full of water and having to find other places my roommate and I can shower for nearly a month. Incredibly frustrating.

Previously lived in twin creek apartments in Logan Utah and the landlord Kristen was very disrespectful and unkind about every situation. Charged us many times for things that we shouldn t have had to pay for. We had constant mold issues that were painted over prior to our move in as well as multiple bug issues and she didn t seem to care to fix it. Mold was an issue in quite a few apartments and nothing was done to fix any of them. We were told when we had brought it to her attention that it was mildew we had caused but mildew is not black and doesn t grow back within days. Water damage was all over in the bathroom that had also been painted over and you can clearly see that by the 2 different paint colors. I was called many names over and over again toward the end of our lease when I stood up for myself after being treated disrespectfully. I had reached out everytime we had an issue with no care in the world for Kristen to take care of it. I really hope something is done with this property and new property managers are taken into consideration. Will never recommend this company again!

I live in the Willows apartments in Grantsville, UT, and the manager Danielle is kicking our family out, because apparently me and my brothers (we are all in our 20s) aren't on the lease, but when we moved in we were on the lease. My parents started asking about some charges that they didn't know about, because we are from Nevada and things are different and Danielle started yelling at them when we wanted to renew the lease and she chose not to renewthe lease. Also nothing gets fixed when asked, because it's not in the budget. A/C barley works in the summer time. Also the safety lights outsides are always out.

I have been in this profession for twenty years. Just recently Cornerstone took over Desert Rose the property I work for. At first I was a little nervous as I had worked for my old company for ten years. Now I could not be more happy! Everyone I work with is super friendly and everyone is willing to lend a helping had. Cornerstone made it an easy transition with all of the help that they gave and continue to give. I truly enjoy working for Cornerstone and everyone I work with.

Danielle at The Cove is amazing! I was really upset about an issue (nothing to with the apartments, more of another resident) and she was really good at calming me down and coming up with a solution. She is on top of her job and takes really good care of us residents.
