Absolutely terrible. They have 0 customer service and I had only applied through another agent and had not signed anything. I canceled the request and they still charged me a down payment straight from my account and now they wont answer or get back to me.

I called them and filed claim because I got into a car accident. The insurance Agent called me once and she said I have to talk to my boss and I'll call you back on Monday which was 3 days ago and she never called. I called her 2 days in a roll and I left her voicemail twice and nothing. I didn't pay for a full coverage insurance for nothing so I got a lawyer and I'm getting paid one way or another. This company is a scam!!! please stand away from them if you don't want a headache!

I have been driving since I was 16,I am now 67.ive drove a truck 49 of them yrs.never a moving violation or accident. They raised my insurance over a 100.00 claiming that now everyone is put in a clump. In other words they say they raised rates to cover all drivers. Not my responsibility to pay for someone else's tickets and accidents. However, they lied.i talked to 4 other insurance company that said they are lieing.no insurance company does that. Just an excuse they use to raise good drivers rates.my suggestion is to find a different company. This is a fly by night ripoff company.

I got them as a insurance on my side-by-side. The transmission went out due to a faulty bearing. They would not warranty my clutches that went out as a result of the transmission due to wear which were working fine before the domino effect. (They consider clutches a wear part) I called them an discussed that even the mechanics at the shop were stating that the only reason the clutch s failed was because the transmission locked up I ve dealt with a claims manager and explained everything that happened up to the failure of the transmission. They will still only cover half the job. I ll reserve a Small portion of this review to allow Cornerstone to reach out to me and fix this. If not, it s just one more bad review to already large pile.

I had coverage with this company but it lapsed. I spoke to Clay he said he could re write it but I'd have to pay another deposit, now my first deposit was $157.45. But he said I had to pay $200.00 so I agreed to pay it plus the remainder that I owed. Now he told me to talk to Chris, when I spoke to him he said they didn't rewrite them if they were lapsed! Now this went on for like 4-5 hours, of me waiting on them to return calls or pretty much answer the phones! So I just decided to get coverage elsewhere, it took all of 10 minutes to get the coverage I needed, same policy but cheaper rates! This company isn't at all worth the hassle, misinformation from one person to the next. Also if you tell a person you'd call them back in 10 minutes that doesn't mean 4-5 hours later without so much as an apology!

You get what you pay for. They cancelled my policy on 08/30/17 for lack of payment even though they show payment on 08/16/17 , they admitted to their mistake but say they are not issuing policies in my state any longer and to top it off just received a bill for $31.77. I would look elsewhere for insurance, just a suggestion
