I was referred to Dr. Joe at Cornerstone by my Mother in Law and Sister in Law who are long time patients. Based upon past experiences, I was skeptical about how effective seeing a chiropractor would be in relieving my pain. That was initially why I scheduled the visit. I had lived with moderate to severe pain in my arthritic neck for over ten years. Through the process of seeing Dr. Joe I also found out I have two herniated disks. I never had an appropriate diagnosis before coming to Cornerstone so finding out what the exact cause of my pain was gave me hope about a solution. I am not able to be traditionally adjusted by a chiropractor because of how stiff and tight I am. I am also extremely fearful, so I fight the adjustments even when I am not trying to. I thought to myself early on "Well this isn't going very well at all". I was wrong. Dr. Joe found an array of alternative methods to work on my neck (all cervical spine issues). Again, being a skeptic, I did not think any of this would work but slowly but surely, I started to experience relief. My neck and shoulders went from bothering me every day to the point where I had to go into the gym at my office and roll my back out for relief every hour some days, to today on some days I don t even notice that I have a neck issue.

I had a lot of questions coming into this. Dr. Joe answered every one of them. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. One circumstance that blows me away is that when Dr. Joe was out because of injury I was able to see his colleague, Dr. Rob. Dr. Rob has a bit of a different approach but still the same, professional, and knowledgeable. I thought that because Dr. Joe was out, I would have to wait for him to return to see him again and thus lose the progress I made. Since beginning treatment with Dr. Joe I ve also started Physical Therapy with Kathy. Kathy's methodology is helping me achieve amazing results. I never thought I would be able to turn my head from side to side again. I had become accustomed to turning my whole body when someone called my name, like Frankenstein! Now I have the range of motion to just turn my neck. It s a long process, retraining my tissues and muscles to move the correct way. Years and years of developing counterproductive ways of moving my body to protect myself from the pain will not be changed overnight. Kathy and Annette are gentle and make it comfortable for me to engage in therapy with them. The office is clean and tidy and very spacious. I have a long road ahead of me and I am aware of that and willing to do the work that is suggested to me by the Cornerstone staff. So far, my results have been amazing, from checking in with Stacey at the front desk to Physical Therapy and Adjustments. I highly recommend Cornerstone to any skeptic!! -Lauren F.

I have been coming to Cornerstone Chiropractor since I was a little girl. Doctors and employees have come and gone but the welcoming hospitality has always stayed. This truly is a great place to get help with your needs.

The staff is knowledgeable and listens to you. The office staff is very helpful with accommodating to your schedule.

I cant say enough about how great Dr Joe and his entire staff are. In a matter of 2 months they fixed 13 years of back trouble that I had. Some of the kindest most knowledgeable people work there and go far beyond any experience I've ever had with other doctors and therapists. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I had a bulging disk and my dr. wanted me to go straight to surgery, but but dr. Joe and dr. Rob said they could fix it with the the IDD machane. After a week of using the machine I felt 100 percent better! Thank You so much!

I went to see Dr. Joe and Dr. Rob over a year ago when I got a lower back injury from Crossfit. At the time of my injury, it was very difficult to walk, bend, and sit. Being someone that is active, this was a difficult and painful for me. I was very hesitant about seeing a chiropractor since this was first time ever visiting one and some reservations about seeing a chiropractor. Dr. Joe was very thorough in his explanation and about my road to recovery. After routinely going to him for manipulation, physical therapy and using the IDD machine, I was able to fully recover in about 3 months!! I didn t believe I would be able to feel 100 percent again, but as of today, a yes later, I now feel no pain and have complete mobility when it comes to my lower back. I highly recommend Dr. Joe and/or Dr. Rob for any of your needs for they will have you recovered and pain free in no time. They are experts at what they do and I fully trust them. Also the staff is extremely friendly, professional and helpful and the office is very clean and has advance tools and machinery for a speedy and painless recovery. Cornerstone Chiropractic & Rehabilitation is a clean, frenidly establishment. As soon as I walked I was greeted with warm smiles. Dr. Rob was very understanding to my situation and explained everything to me. Most importantly, my adjustment has me feeling like new man.

The office is very neat & clean. The PT and chiropractic areas are kept nice and tidy. Everything is organized and in proper order. The staff employees are helpful and very friendly. The chiropractors and PT staff are very knowledgeable in their profession. If you have a question, they will take the time to answer it and not rush you out until you fully understand. I hurt my shoulder at work. It was so bad i couldn't wash my hair. The pain was unreal. I had 5 weeks of physical therapy before the refural to Cornerstone. After a few short weeks of Dr. Joes treatments I'm 75% better and still improving. I'm very happy with Cornerstone Chiropractic. I highly recommend.

This is the best place to take care of your health for myself and my family! Highly recommend this place! They take care of newborns to elderly and everything in between. They even have physical therapy!

As soon as you enter you re greeted with genuine smiles and fruit infused water. The staff here is wonderful and make everything as easy and comfortable as possible. Before every adjustment I get a mini massage to start and then I get adjusted. Not even a month in and I can already feel the difference in my back and am able to play with my 2 young kids longer periods of time. They have the latest in technology as well which is super comforting to know they re staying at the top of their field.

I have been working with Dr. Rob since January and am feeling so much better. Walked in for my first appointment having difficulty walking and standing upright. Dr. Rob evaluated me and took X-rays to assess the cause of the extreme lower back pain I was having. He reviewed his findings and put together a treatment plan for me. After just a few adjustments, I was back to feeling like myself. Thank you, thank you, thank you! The office staff is great as well! The text and email appointment reminders are much appreciated.

I have had a few different pains relieved from Dr. Young's treatments. He not only treated a recent flare up in my Plantar Fascia, he recommended an alternative to orthotics. They are an insert that he wears himself. They worked great and saved me hundreds of $s.

I've been going to Dr. Joe for probably about 15 years now, finally following him to his own practice, Cornerstone Chiropractic. I trust nobody else with my bodily structure and injuries. While I no longer get routine chiropractic adjustments due to scheduling conflicts (you should definitely get them for maintenance!), I always make sure to go to him first and foremost if I have an injury. Even if my head is decapitated, I'd probably go to him before the hospital :) He now has his rehabilitation services, and he and his team are always honest upfront about whether they can help you or not. They have the latest and greatest technology for all sorts of issues and the best physical therapists around. They try to actually fix things rather than simply alleviate the pain, which is what I like most about them, and why they're my first resort. Highly recommended.
