What a joke. From the "receptionist" to the "director" I have never encountered a more condescending, incompetent, incapable group of individuals. It is so disrespectful to be treated so poorly by those who perceive they are entitled to do so. It seems they are so confident in their job security they have not a second thought when treating the community they serve like less than human, less than worthy of appropriate assistance. To the receptionist, prepare for karma. I pray you don't encounter someone like yourself when you are in need.
Respectful and helpful, the City team gave us great service when we had a water main leak. They gave us great recommendations for the repair. When the repair was done, they came out promptly to fill the patch in the driveway. Thank you for your service!
