Cork Medical, LLC Review

The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing!!! We have experienced continuous problems where a phone call to one person is not recognized by other people in the company, to the point that they ve denied previous calls took place. Getting supplies for patients has been excruciatingly difficult necessitating multiple calls and finally having to drive 20 miles to and personally pick them up. I m at least glad we live this close to corporate. Support throughout this has been miserable. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND

The rep that spoke with me was forthcoming with info bout company and the tech that was to come to house, awesome. He was patient and informative. High recommendations for this company!

We provide Cork Medical s Nisus Negative Pressure Wound Therapy system to people with non-healing wounds. The company is very supportive to work with, clinical team is excellent! The pump is powerful and has great features not found with most NPWT devices. Cork and Handi Medical Supply are great partners to our customers and our medical community.

The customer service representative I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional and absolutely lacked reading comprehension skills. I called two weeks ago about my air mattress having a hole in it and have yet to have gotten a callback. You stay classy, Cork Medical.

My daughter was told by her doctor that she would have to wear the wound vac for 8 weeks! However this machine works fast and she only had to wear it 9 days as it helped the wound heal so much faster! Our service tech (not sure of the exact title) from Cork was Allison and she was amazing. Very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

Great follow up and follow through. There was a little billing issues but was most likely due to insurance red tape. Wound Vac also did what it needed to do.

I drove 4 hours to and from, paid my own gas. I was told either way we will contact you regarding the status of your interview. The regional manager was beyond a micromanager. I met with a rep under him...and his exact words he is beyond intense. I had more success than this manager had ever experienced. I would say, if just need experience maybe take this position. I have to much success to go backwards with this questionable company.

My doctor requested a wound vac to be on stand by in case he needed it for a wound repair to my face in Nov 2019. Thankfully I did not need the Wound Vac and it was returned to the company unused. The company came back and picked up the wound vac and all the supplies within 2 weeks of the surgery so we thought it was all taken care of since insurance had pre-approved it. Now in April we received a bill for $75.40 for Rent on the machine. We called to speak to them about the bill and why we got it and why it was so late. The collections clerk was rude and snarky about the process and in the end it boiled down to they weren't told it wasn't used and returned within 24-48 hours. We will never use this company again and i urge others to stay away from them. They appear to be more concerned with money than patient care and customer service

My husband had a bill with them and they did not seem to have a regular billing cycle. He would get a bill for say $38.00 and then maybe a week -week and a half later another bill for say $69.00 and randomly get bills with different amounts. I tried calling them but could never get anyone. I finally sent a note in with the last payment asking for someone to please call me and told them how I didn't think they were conducting themselves in a professional way.they turned the whole bill over t collections instead of calling me and letting me set up some sort of regular payments. Shabby practices.
