Poor maintenence qualities. Poor customer servicing. Falsifies documents.

Very unprofessional and does not get work orders done in a timely Fashion or with professionals a pic of the most current thing wrong with my house. it s been falling out/off the ceiling for a few days now. Still nothing. The garage has broken. I ve had to fix it myself TWICE. I d recommend staying away from this realtor

I have been a rented from Core Property Management for over 4 years and have been totally satisfied with this awesome management company. Rent is easily paid online if I don't feel like dropping a payment at the office. The few work orders that I have had were taken care of in a timely and professional manner. I can honestly say that I don't see myself leaving this management company anytime in the future and If I do I will be asking Toni Mitchell-Dawson to find something for me that she manages. I also would like to put in my opinion on the 3 reviews below me. I hope that anyone who reads those comments takes a few things into consideration. Anyone can make a false name and make false claims whether the comment are good or bad. If you don't like a business or a person running a business you can hide behind google and say anything you want without having to back up what is being said with proof. CPM is a successful business ran by a woman who is well known and respected in Junction City.
