Good dealer even if they sometimes have a high price. Buying a new car and always made the coupons in the dealership when there are problems on the car many times do not solve it at the first "hit". After negative experiences on Dorigoni (new vehicles) I tried in via Alto Adige on used Vw and audi. I must say the staff are most helpful and courteous. I bought the car. I would have preferred the new but the availability and courtesy do not pay. I took a car with a year of life.

On our vacation return trip we broke down on our VW here in Trento / Trento. Unfortunately we were not helped by this VW dealer. We were offered an appointment in three weeks! Absolutely unacceptable in the face of such an emergency. Diagnosing the defect was not even offered. Unfortunately, one cannot hope for help here in an emergency. Unfortunately, as a vacationer in a foreign country, one is dependent on help. Both our automobile club ADAC and the very committed man in the hotel were turned away by Dorigoni. If I could I would give 0 stars !!!!!!

Sudden wiper failure, they get me. The girl assigned to the reception tries to liquidate me in short calls the colleague behind my marked insistence ... nn even shows up to give me advice to disconnect the wipers. I then find out from my dealer it was enough to open the hood! Engine! To uninhibit the control unit Result: burned wiper motor .. 150 km journey with dry running brushes! I just have to thank for the total indifference with zero assistance !!

I had a stop here because my Audi showed a yellow lamp telling me something is wrong with the exhaust system. I was on the way to South Italy because of holidays. The stuff was super friendly. They offered us coffee and I had to wait 30min. They checked my car and told me I can drive further and enjoy my holiday and when I will be back in Germany I should check it. One week later I was back home and I will repair it here.

The four stars are for your expertise and many years of experience, you have always been the reference for the brands of the Volkswagen group (and not only) in Trentino.
The fifth star is lacking due to the lack of promptness in responding to requests coming from Autoscout24 (obviously I am referring only to my experience). In my case I never received an answer and only passing in the dealership a week later I knew that the model that interested me had already been sold.
I live in Trento and could pass without problems, but if I had been further away? If you want to be present also on sites like Autoscout24, you have to take charge of handling every request, it's not good to be answered "it was better if you were calling" or "it was better if you went directly to our site".
I reiterate that I am speaking only of my personal case, I cannot know if it is an exception or a rule.

I call to indicate that I have a problem on the new golf 7 purchased at Dorigoni, (left-hand door infiltration) I am told by the bodywork department that after 2 years "the car is out of warranty" and with a dry "do not respond to infiltration" , SHAME. The car was purchased NEW, ok it is out of warranty for 1 month, but it does not seem the best answer to give to a VW customer and your customer to try to understand / solve the problem. I will also write to Autogerma (official importer of VW Italia group) to show how Dorigoni-VW customers are treated. Called another saleswoman and they gave me the total availability to see for free what happened to the gaskets, all for free (and I didn't even buy from them). Perhaps being a little more humble and helpful would benefit you not only for an "economic" but "human" fact. 1 customer you have already lost, but surely others will follow.

Better not to trust too much, I bought a used car, after a month I reported the loss of water. According to Dorigoni everything was OK, there was no need to worry. Water consumption continues, until after the winter break and 11 months after the purchase (it was a convertible) smoke comes out of the exhaust. I take it back to Dorigoni, they check it, and they tell me that the head has a slit and that in addition a cylinder is seized. Minimum cost ("coming to meet me") 11,000.- Euro (other offers of engine specialists were 15% under this "friend price", offering even more guarantees), since more than 6 months have passed since the purchase was not they want to know nothing about guarantee and they also tell me that I can't show that I have already reported the problem of water loss.

I can not say that my experience was positive. To have a replacement car (which we asked for in advance availability being on vacation in a place far from home) we go with the tow truck from Levico to Trento at 15 to hear at about 19 that the car would not arrive. The next day they told us that they had found a rented panda, for which we had to use our credit card for bail. Very little communication. For three days in a row we called continuously to ask for info on our car (being on vacation, we needed to return home) and for three days we saw ourselves to reboot from one operator to another without answers and then find that the car it was fine, but that it was blocked for bureaucratic reasons. (But to find out this we went in person, saying we would not have left if not on board our car). If you happen to have a bad luck at your car group wv, hope it's not in Trento!
The only positive note, the technician who took us back home and the store manager who at the end of the episode, gave us a discount on the repair for the inconvenience caused.
