We first met Jen at the Core Assets office, and we found the meeting very informative. She took her time fully understanding our needs, and identifying areas in Toronto that would best fit them. Having only purchased from new previously, she explained the buying and selling process to us in detail. We also met Paul Siksna, who would be helping us sell our house in Whitby. When viewing properties, Jen was patient as we frankly had no idea where to start, but the more we saw the more we knew what we were looking for, and our list of wants grew bigger! Based on this feedback, Jen constantly refined her search criteria to ensure we were only viewing properties that met our needs as a busy professional couple, our time is valuable, and Jen catered her service to us accordingly. After about 10 viewings we found the space that checked everything on our wish list, which is hard to find in Toronto!! Within 48 hours of our first viewing of the loft, we closed the deal with the price we wanted to buy at. Jen was tenacious, and did everything she could to make the deal happen on our terms.
