Good mall... Lots of food options... And somewhat high end

Decent mall. Wish the floor plan maps were more accessible.

This is a great mall I wish there where stores like Lululemon,Francesca s,urban outfitters

Nothing really to complain here. Great variety of stores. Not crowded most of the time and parking is plenty. The mall is clean and modern. Bathrooms are usually located near the ends of the mall so you might have to walk a bit but yay for exercise I guess.

IT'S HUGE! Lots of fun if you bring people with you.

It becomes empty these days . I don't know why maybe it's suffering a crisis.

It is a mall with a star type layout that I don't care for. Shops are good and you can find some deals if you look hard enough.

Well maintained and decent play area , lackluster store selection

A very nice mall. Lits of auntie annes, lots of clothing stores including holister, abercrombe and Fitch, banana republic, Macy's, forever 21, and more. There are also many jewelry stores with rings, bracelets, necklaces, and watches. However most of the watches are citizen. There are many movados as well. Its a nice mall but potomic malls is better.

This mall has almost everything and doesn't get real crowded.

The mall was great but the Cheesecake Factory restaurant wasn't so up to par at the time. My food was very greasy and it seemed like everything that was cooked in the oil had a foul taste. The only thing I like was the cheesecake. Probably will never go back to the Cheesecake Factory again I wish I had a refund.

One of the few malls with a wide range of shops. Safe to bring your kids!

Ample parking, great selection of stores, dining and services and a convenient location. This mall gets very busy during the holidays but they really try to keep a logical traffic pattern. Sears was undergoing renovations in November and may have limited services until that is completed.

Great mall. Lots of parking and enough stores to be worth the trip .

No Electric scooters for the handicapped. Customer service was closed down.

I needed to visit the Verizon store. It was very easy to find. The Mall was very busy but I had no problem getting around. There was plenty of parking. I honestly feel that this mall is much easier to navigate than Tysons corner center.

Great middle class mall. Lots of shops. Ample parking. Safe. I love coming here since traffic isn't nearly as bad as Tysons Corner. It gets four stars since the food options are limited but it does have some options.

If I were a tween it would be great, but I'm not. Normal mall, newer construction, tweens with Starbucks cups, teens trying to act cool, over priced items.

Very crowded on the weekends, as expected, but good quality things for decent prices. very good store variety & Eatery variety

Dislike small walkways upstairs. It feels really cramped and crowded.

Low selection of stores but they have a few good deals. Men's shopping sucks as the sections in every store are way too small.

Only nice mall in the South Bay and it's a trap look at the map and it actually doesn't make sense. You will make laps trying to find a restroom even with store employees directing you ' it's ahead right around the corner" lol nice stores
Decent parking
Terrible interior layout if you're trying to spend less than an hour inside... its almost so crazy they want you to download an app just to find a RR or a food court. true insanity of the 21st century

Except for Sears this Mall is doing very well. I visit for Macy's, Pennys and for the specialty stores. It's clean and safe, and has a good amount of high and lower end food options.

Fair oaks mall has changed over the years adding new shops and restaurants around. Some renovations towards making the mall quite nice to go to. For its size it has what you are looking for in a mall.

I love this mall. A plethora of great stores. I especially love French and European perfumes. The lady there is very kind and this store has a lot of hard to find men s fragrances. Only place I will ever buy cologne.

Nothing really of note here. High turnover rate of stores so it seems like 1/3rd of the place is empty.

if you want quiet place to shop and there is buffet restuarant in the mall.

Too many Entrances. A bit confusing. But the place is great...

Work at the mall... had to be in at 7am and stood out front of the entrance for 30 mins. When we all called security to let us in they wouldn t and said it was policy not to open doors till 7:30 yet I go in at 7am on other days and the doors are open? At least 15 to 20 employees outside frusterated. Probably should have just been nice and open the doors.

Great place, great prices always a winner when it comes to get find a one stop place for shopping.

A clean mall, sparsely populated. Some fast food and some high end restaurants. I wish the Corner Bakery was still there. As far as I can tell, there is no coffee/ sandwich type place there currently. Adding a La Madeleine or Panera would be great.
