It took them 70+ days to return my deposit after I moved out. I had to call and email them repeatedly to get them to process it. The two stars is because they overnighted it once they finally cut the check. But once I received the check I discovered the check was hastily printed and I could not cash it. So they literally sent me a check I could not cash. Very frustrating and inconvenient experience.
Not only are they illiterate (send you a ton of emails that don t make any sense ) but they are 100% of the time trying to scam you. Signing a lease with this people is such a trap, don t fall for it ! It s also an expensive trap , plan on paying at least 3 times what you agree to monthly rent, in fees. There s also mice everywhere and I m pretty sure thee manager heidy is sleeping with someone here because she s way overdue for a lay-off

This place was such a nightmare not only are they so hungry for money they literally make you pay fee on fee on fee ($6000+) in 5 months when I agreed to pay 1200$ a month for this dump full of mice
