Receptionist is EXTREMELY rude from answering the phone. Had an attitude the whole entire time and was in such a rush to get off the phone when i had simple questions. Get better customer service.
I agree with Adrian! I work for another practice and I called to look for a referral. She was rude and short. Simply stating she had never heard of the patient.....without even looking her up. It's unfortunate that the provider she is working for will suffer from her poor attitude.
