Great venue, Club Arcada Speakeasy is an excellent restaurant, limited menu, a little pricey at first glance, but well worth it. Excellent service, food & atmosphere. Prohibition theme nicely done. You have to Know the password to get into the 3rd floor eatery, but it's posted in the elevator !!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have tickets for Michael sweet I believe it was for may then got changed to October 7 because covid. Now that gets complety canceled. I have called, email & left numerous comments on their Facebook. Nothing no response. I expect my money returned for the 3 tickets I purchased. If Michael sweet can refund my meet & greets the same day then you mr. Ron onseti can refund me my money. It's not that hard unless you spent all the money. Either way I will get a refund even if I have to take you to court.

Don't know what to say other than we had reservations with friends driving in about an hour to spend time at the Speakeasy to listen to music and have dinner. However we were told once we got there there was a private party there for another 45 minutes. How can you accept reservations and then tell people you can't let them in because there's a private party. I certainly felt horrible for our friends who drove all this way.

Great sound. Up close and personal to see and hear Richard Marx Acoustic. If you get a chance definitely get there early and hit the speakeasy upstairs to have dinner and a drink. Pretty easy parking too.

Made reservations for 20 on Saturday night at 6:00. We weren t seated until 6:40 and we were told we were lucky to get a seat. We were called twice to confirm reservations!!!
Also menu was a poor selection, 2 choices of a meal for dinner. I would recommend going to Zanas s before a show!!

I love the Arcada theater but last Tuesday my friend and I had to leave during intermission because it was so hot in there we were getting dizzy and felt like we were going to pass out. I wish Ron would hurry and fix the air conditioning.

I saw Rodney Carrington tonight and I must say I was pretty disappointed. The show was said to start at 7:30 and it didn t start until almost 8:30. Then Rodney came out at 9 and ended at 10. I m pretty upset I paid $60 a seat for an hour. Not to mention the theater has absolutely NO air conditioning. It was so horribly the hot from the second we sat down until the second we left. It definitely ruined the show for me.

I have seen several concerts here and while some of them were good, the worst experience I ever had was when Ratt played there in 2018. I paid $200 for seats only to see the singer Stephen Percy wasted on booze and whatever else and could barely sing his own songs. To say it was disappointing is an understatement and I emailed to ask for a refund. I was told they were working on giving some form of restitution to people and was then promptly blown off. Now Ratt playing there again. What a joke. I will never go to another concert here again.

In gross need of modernization. But if you like yesterday's music stars, this place produces a unique opportunity. And you can buy tickets and select your precise seats on their ticket service. Owned by an all-in music man.

Here for America show tonight. Cool old place that would get an extra star or two if they had heat. Apparently an ongoing issue since we read reviews from summer time guests that said it was hot as hell in here. Dress appropriately if your coming to a show here.

Best small venue to go-to concerts!
This was the view from the back of the balcony standing room only. I bought the single seat from Rick when the box office opened at 12:15 for my wife about 7 rows up from here but she stood with me. The staff was friendly and we were able to stay sober.

Good venue for the suburbs. Very convenient, but the ticket prices are much higher than venues in the city. For example, I saw Buckethead there recently and tickets for his Vic show were under $40. Tickets for him at the Arcada were around $70 for the floor. So essentially you're paying for the convenience of it being close to home if you live in the burbs.

The sound is good (some say it's too loud although I don't agree) and the venue is in good shape. One knock is the bathrooms are tiny, so there's always a super long wait (two stalls in each). The owner is very nice and always walking around the venue talking to people (although he oddly reminds me of Leisure Suit Larry).

We love the Arcada Theatre and the 1920's Speakeasy Club. It was beautiful & nostalgic. But, to me me a Speakeasy Club should be for 21 and older. It's a cocktail club with a bar menu. It's not for families with children. We came on a Wednesday for the Magician show and it was packed with children. The show has adult content not suitable for children. The other patrons without children looked at these families coming in like really? Not sure I will come back now, which disappoints me.

This older theatre is a great place to see a show - every seat is good.I like the fact that you can have a beverage and snack at your seat. Smaller bathrooms make the lines longer, I managed that by not waiting until intermission. We thought drinks were on the high side @ $14.50 for 1 mixed drink and one soda. All in all a very good time, easy to find, accessible - free parking. CTA (Danny Seraphine) as headliner and The Buckinghams. It was a great show. Its all good.

Club Arcadia on the 3rd floor of the Theatre is a 1920's style speakeasy. It's a wonderful place to have dinner, drinks and enjoy the entertainment that evening. Seating about 150 people who enter through a door hidden behind a bookcase, the atmosphere takes you back to the Roaring 20's. Food and drinks are excellent and the sound quality is outstanding. A great way to spend an evening with friends or just the two of you.

Like going to a friend's house to hear live music! Ron the owner is usually there to greet you. He even sells homemade itailian food in the lobby. Upstairs is a speakeasy with live music and dinner! Worth the trip to the northwest suburbs.

While i really appreciate the great acts Ron brings to the area
And really enjoy visiting
The acoustic quality needs attention
Better sound system and some baffles to soften the highs and allow people to hear the music
Until then if you plan to attend
Bring ear plugs !!!
