My opinion intervenes as a tenant. And frankly, I find this condominium manager rather responsive. My manager, Mr ROGERO, is concerned about the problems that have been reported to him and tries to find solutions as much as possible. It's nice not to see your emails go unanswered and thrown into the dustbin as is often the case with other trustees. I recommend

I am surprised at the negative reviews I can read about this condo management firm.
It's been 5 years since this firm manages my condo and everything goes at best.
Management is done as hours and managers are available when we need to contact them.
No trustee, ineffective and totally unreachable.
When you manage to reach them by a miracle, they do nothing !!!!!
And worst of all: they charge you crazy fees, bailiffs at the slightest delay in payment.
This trustee is the shame of the whole profession.
They are just useful in charging you fees and never doing anything about managing your condominium.
A word of advice: FLEE !!!!! and above all: take another Syndic !!!!!!!
very disappointed with the way they treat their customers, not a phone call even if there is litigation .... just emails and email forwarding. I cannot put zero otherwise I would put it. I don't think they ever set foot in our co-op on the other hand to put procedural costs on costs on which we already do not agree, they are the first and they do not mind sending us on the roses by mails because they do not answer such .....

I sent several emails a year ago concerning work done in my garden to this day I have never had a response, I no longer even count the number of times I have tried to reach them by phone without success.
It is inadmissible to do so when we are paying for a benefit.
It is difficult to find a "good co-ownership trustee" and we are totally satisfied. Copro 2A has been with us for more than 10 years and fully fulfills its mission. We have established a partnership relationship, Copro 2A is responsive and responsive to emergencies and issues. Real comfort that some other cabinets can not claim.
